My family and I went there today around 7pm for dinner right after a long day of work. Ordered our food and appetizer. Mind you, we have little ones we really try not to go out to eat because of how very little patients our kiddos have. Well 10 min in the lady whom took our order came to tell us that they had no rice for our kids to have chicken fried rice. But, they had soup for the kids to have. Obviously that’s really not what my kids are going to want to eat, specially to wait extra 10 min OR EVEN WAIT 15-20 more min for the rice to be ready to be used to make our kids fried rice. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. We walked out thanking the lady in a kindly matter, when stepping out not sure if it was the owner or manager of the restaurant stepped out and yelled out for my husband to come and pay what we had ordered. WE DIDNT EVEN GET OUR FOOD. How were we going to pay??? Terrible experience on a day/restaurant we’ve never stopped at before. I’m glad my husband let the owner/manager know that he should worry more about his customers more...
Read moreFirst observation; the place was busy at noon on a Saturday. Only two open tables, both of which had been vacated only moments before. A table was cleaned and set for us within two minutes of arrival. Water and menus provided immediately. Our servers were quick to ask if we were ready to order. The food began arriving very quickly. One party at our table had ordered salad wraps with pork due to seafood allergy. Unfortunately, the salad wraps that arrived were shrimp and had to be remade but took only a few minutes. Main dishes arrived within ten minutes. All were good size portions and fresh. Our friend with the seafood allergy was served the fish sauce, however, we caught it right away so there were no repercussions. We found the staff friendly. The owner stopped by and spoke with us as well. We will eat here again. Would have been five stars had it not been for the mixup with the seafood free order. And the music...
Read moreWe arrived on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one table occupied with a family eating. They have quite an extensive menu. Ordered hot water, Vietnamese coffee, vegetarian pho, fried tofu, and oxtail soup. Later, they informed us of no oxtail soup. My husband ordered a different pho. They brought us the fried tofu, but no utensils to eat with. I had to asked for them. Our pho arrived and it was delicious 😋. I highly recommend ordering the veggie pho. Part way (15 minutes roughly) through eating, I asked about our beverages. He said it would be a little bit while he was walking to another table that just walked in. Would I order again from here? Yes. But I would take it to go next time. My vegetarian pho was priced at $15.95, but they...
