Going here for my first time with my friend who said I need to try the Mochi donuts. When I went around 2:30p and was very disappointed. I was expecting donuts galore when walking in, like cases upon cases, but in actuality, they literally had just about 2 dozen total donuts, with 18 of them buttermilk bars, no mochi, only buttermilk and cake donuts filling a small area where donuts are displayed. The friendly lady said "they're gone usually by 8 am so you need to get here before then" however, they are open until 6 pm she said. If something is in such high demand, you'd think they will still be making them throughout the day. We walked out without any donuts. We went to crumbl cookies as an alternative (also out of my favs BUT they constantly were making more batches). My suggestion to such a great selling product is to expand on that success and keep making batches. If you find yourself having too much shrink at the end of the day, sell day olds the next day and/or find a happy medium on when to stop making batches. I don't see the point of having the donut shop open after 2 pm to try to sell 2 dozen donuts. IMO. The employee was very friendly, all covid precautions in place, I wish I could recommend to you all but since I left empty handed, unsure of their product, I'm left only to judge my experience. Read moreMost of the times the donuts are good , sometimes you can totally taste the frying oil. Only once we got a cinnamon roll very undercooked (raw in the middle ) , whilst the rest of the times they were very good. The hot chocolate is very tasty , but too sweet. Mochi donuts are amazing, my favorite, the white glaze with the Oreo would be perfect if it was less thick or less sugary because overall it's too sweet but I still really appreciate that they make their own glazing. Please, make more chocolate mochi donuts, they are often out of stock, actually, the mochi donuts in general are very often out of stock when my husband goes first thing in the morning to get them for breakfast, and it happened a few times that the shop wasn't open at all , or open but without donuts . People working there are friendly. For the price they charge you and for a take out donut I feel like they push a bit too much for a tip , I got asked out loud in front of everybody multiple times if I want to tip , it's not like I sit down and get served so I feel like if I want to tip on the top of something that is not cheap at all (over 5 dollars for 2 mochi donuts) should be more my choice and not feeling like I have to because...

This Coco Donuts location is my neighborhood spot, just a leisurely 15-minute walk from home. My son and I have been here dozens of times over the past year, especially more recently since we intentionally weaned off Starbucks, and honestly, no regrets.
Service is always friendly, which adds to the charm. My go-to is their sugar-coated classic donut: simple, nostalgic, and hard to beat. That said, they tend to sell out of the classics quickly, so if you're a fan like me, go early or prepare for disappointment.
I'm not personally into the mochi-style donuts; I prefer mine airy, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. But to be fair, my son and friend love them, especially the raspberry and lemon mochi flavors.
My son also enjoys their Vietnamese coffee, especially with white chocolate as a replacement for condensed milk, his new favorite alternative to his usual Starbucks order.
As for me, their standard coffee beans are a bit zesty and citrusy, which doesn't quite suit my taste, but others might appreciate that brighter profile.
Still, Coco Donuts is a solid neighborhood gem: local, dependable, and sweet in all...
