Terrible service, mostly due to miscommunication.
I wanted to order something through the drive thru that apparently can only be ordered online. It doesn't say that anywhere. The staff said they don't have access to the online menu, so I said just make me something close to whatever is listed as the "Taste of KFC" meal. I asked how long it might take and he said 5-10 minutes and to wait in the parking lot.
Then I pulled around and waited. 5 minutes go by, then 10 and almost 15 minutes. I go inside to see what was taking so long. They hadn't made a thing since they ASSUMED I was going to make an online order since they can't make the meal.
I was under the impression that they were throwing something together that was similar to the "Taste of KFC" meal since he said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes.
They asked what was in the meal and I told them I have no idea since it was my wife that asked me to pick it up. All I knew is that it was a 6 piece meal and had no idea what sides were part of it.
They attempted to throw something together real fast that didn't even include the correct sides. My wife called them after the fact to figure out what happened and they lied. Instead of saying it was a misunderstanding they said they told me multiple times to order online. That is blatantly untrue. The drive thru orderer even said as much when he said "oh, my mistake, I should have been more clear."
I believe him, but the woman that my wife talked to was rude and lying.
I wasn't even given a receipt.

Read moreI've been a vegetarian for 12+ years so I was excited to hear they launched beyond nuggets nationwide. A few days after their press release stating availability nationwide, I went through the drive through to order their new beyond nuggets. After waiting for 5+ minutes to order through the drive through, I was told they didn't offer the beyond nuggets nor any meat alternatives. I didn't place an order, but had to waste my 20+ minutes going through the drive through.
I went back home and did more research. Their website confirmed beyond nuggets nationwide.
I called the store to ask if they were available. I was assured they had no beyond nuggets nor any meat alternative and none of the employees had any idea what I was talking about.
Smelling some B's, I downloaded the KFC app and ordered beyond nuggets through the app. Surprisingly they fulfilled my online order for beyond nuggets.
Despite being told over and over again that they don't exist, the rude employees at this location somehow manifested an entree they repeatedly told me does not exists.
If anyone from corporate reads this... Do you train your employees to turn...

I ordered a 5-piece chicken combo meal, but when I received my order, I noticed there were only 4 pieces. I approached a young lady at the counter to ask for assistance, but she informed me that she wasn't the manager and couldn't handle it. The manager on duty overheard my concern, but rather than coming to assist, she indicated she was busy and didn't address me directly. I waited a long time at the counter holding the incomplete order, expecting the manager would eventually come over to resolve the issue. When she finally approached, she simply used the tongs to add one more piece of chicken to my order, without any acknowledgment of the delay or my concerns. I was left feeling unvalued and frustrated by both the delay and the lack of customer service. As a loyal KFC customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially from management staff. I hope you can address this with the team to ensure a more respectful and attentive experience for customers...
