Gloria'z Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Oregon

One star is too many. I use to love coming here from Central Oregon for their amazing chicken strips...my favorite chicken strips...new owners now and today my chicken strips we're almost an inch an a half thick and I couldn't bite through them. Pure rubber and absolutely disgusting! Sent it back and orderd a Chicago Dog instead. Wow....ok, so this hot dog came on a gigantic hoagie bun with two slices of unmelted cheese on top and no Chicago dog in the WORLD comes with cheese, let alone unmelted slices!! It had chopped tomatoes and chopped onions and chopped pepperchinis n that was it. Nobody on the planet should eat a hot dog like that. Use to love the place, but the new owners have ruined it....

Friendly staff, great food at reasonable prices.

The building is essentially split into two sides. One side has the bar and minors are not allowed in that side (so we've never been over there). The family side of the restaurant, which is on the other end from the bar, is a wee bit isolated so the staff has to keep coming over to check on you, and it can sometimes take a little longer. But they generally keep up well.

The only other thing I don't like is that the smoking area, which is outside, must be traveled through to get into the building.

Despite these two drawbacks, I think this is a great restaurant that is well...

Came in for a late lunch with a buddy of mine. The space makes your feel like either your in a converted barn or somewhere like that which is actually kind of cool. I ordered a chili dog and the meatball sub. The quality of the hot dog sausage was much better than I was expecting. The chili itself was average at best, but it worked. Maybe a little more chili would have been nice as well. The meatball sub was decent, but a little dry actually. Service was great and coupled with the fun vibe there I say it's worth stopping in.
