Mancino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Oregon

04/09/3024 7:02p.m. Ordered two Mancinos steak subs which are supposed to come with cheese, lettuce,tomatoes, green peppers, onions,mushrooms and mayo. We ordered both with no tomatoes which is the only thing they got right. Spars lettuce no veggies, mayo and very little cheese. We called them and spoke to a young lady named Trinity who said they would give us 3 dollars off of our next order. To which we said was unacceptable. We had spent 15.50 for the subs and that we wanted them remade correctly. She said they were about to close and to call at 11 a.m. when they opened to speak with the manager/owner. We got no answer the next 2 days. We just spoke with someone today who said that they would remake one but we would have to pay for the other !?! When we asked for a refund they stated that they don't do refunds but I don't see that posted anywhere on the website. This used to be one of our favorite places, so...

First time order to go my food quantity and quality was very poor I spoke to a manager ms T she insisted that she did our sandwich ..all i remember about her was she was complaining about her not getting a break to others.. talk lack of worker and mostly about her break she sounded upset my husband and I could here her conversation we really didn’t want to hear complain but had no choice . She didn’t show any consideration about my phone call she insisted that she put everything in the sandwich but mean while she was just complaining about her break while making our grinder we had no tomatoes in it she insisted we did .plus she said I been here 5 years really . She is the manager she said . Very not polite lol she needed her break ..don’t get me wrong I love...

6 mos ago I would have given a 5 stars but tonight's experience was not the greatest. Service- had to ask 3 times for plates, as we were not given plates at purchase, like usual. We ordered a lg pizza half mushroom sausage half pepperoni banana pepper. Pizza came out with no banana peppers. Product-Crust and cheese were different on pizza. Significantly less cheese on pizza and crust was much thinner than usual. Dining area was not clean, we had to wipe off our own table to find a clean one. This was probably just a busy night for them, but our family was really looking forward to the great Mancino's pizza we have loved in the past. It just didn't live up to past experience.
