Changing star from a 1 to a 3, visited McDonalds. Deliberately handed me a hot coffee with the lid not sealed, spilling hot coffee on me in the front seat of my car approximately 5 months prior to today. I phoned the manager regarding, did not connect due to busy work hours of both. March 2019, deliberately did not seal the lid on the coffee cup 2nd time. I did not place call due to pervasive attitude where I reside, they are just fast food workers, what do you expect. April 2019, repeatedly saying "black" as to how I want my coffee several times while ordering although I have drank coffee since age 11, never black.
They have issues with following people around upsetting them for cream, not really a kind person inside for artificial sugar, doesn't have a right to get caught up on her work, personal matters on her time off each and every time the hundreds of times ketchup is included in the bag in a 20 year span. "She has a great life, doesn't have an assh__e forcing her to cook at home." Spent 5 hours on the phone with a business the day after ordering the coffee, phone room full of hispanics repeatedly investigating me regarding if I am upset because they are taking 5 hours to get one task done online. Visited McDonalds additional time before posting this review. Coffee cup handed to me with lid not sealed. I told the counter employee the lid is not sealed. The employee's response, "I think you did it." The coffee cup moved 18" from her hand to mine, distance noted, hand placed around base of cup, average grip, turning cup to look at it. Grabbing higher up may upset lid. Call placed to the location manager. The employee was inappropriate to make the customer the instant defensive person. She will reimburse me after hearing my story regarding the hot coffee which poured all over me, scalding me, no permanent burns. She was told about it when it occurred. Read moreUpdate:This place can't even get a simple order right... As convenient as it is, never again will I allow my children to talk me in to stopping here on our way home. I'm done, with plenty of chances this particular spot can't get anything right. Parked again took 20 minutes and still messed up with a double checked sticker. Laughable and maybe Oregon should go back to teaching kids the basic reading instead of trying to persuade the kids to gender identify. Maybe they can read a ticket right and follow instructions correctly and not cost the owner 50 bucks in returned food for a refund. Which is a whole nother topic. A multi million dollar company can't spend decent money on smart people to run things, they pay the bare minimum and we the customers pay the price. I suggest we all stop paying for their poison...
First off McDonald's food is the next level above plastic. It's horrible for you providing no nutrients what so ever. This McDonald's loves cheating their time system. They'll "park" you for a cheeseburger. When they tell you to pull over it's so they can "serve" your order before it's actually given to you making it look like their service times are fast although it took the 10 minutes to run your fries to your car cold. We received the happy meals and our drink and were asked to pull over to spot #1 and wait for the rest of our meal. When we received the burgers. We asked the gentlemen were is the fries and he promptly stated he will ask. Then came out a manager with our receipt who stated that we only ordered burgers and drinks and i told her I ordered a full meal and verified it with young girl who stated yes its a full meal. the manager said based on the receipt you didnt. i said no i verified with the girl it included everything. she then stated well shes training. she said if you want fries you will have to come in and pay for them. this is what i have to say. You have lost a long time customer. I was in a very bad mood and if I would have came in I would have been bringing in the burgers, drinks and my card and you would have refunded me for those meals! plus everyone in that restaurant would of heard your education I would of gave you on customer service! you need to remember its better to retain a customer than try to be bossy and demanding to a customer and act like you acted towards me.
