This Starbucks is the worst. Since the other location off lancaster is closed for remodeling, I have tried this one 4 times. Every time My drink was wrong...I always left mad at myself for thinking that I would leave a satisfied customer....the customer service is horrible. The staff talks amongst themselves at busy times which makes them loose focus of reading the directions of people's drinks on the cups. I don't understand why a Carmel frap. with extra extra crunches and a extra shot is never made right to the description on my cup. Drive through is not faster...I'd rather walk in to Safeway to the inside Starbucks where the girls not only know my special drink when they see me, they have great service and always go above and beyond with making sure I definitely get my extra crunches. Today, the Silverton rd. Location I asked before I ordered if they had enough crunches...the girl said yes. I watched....She started my drink...didn't 100% check on how full the crunches bottle was...and when it came time to sprinkle them, the bottle was almost gone. My frap. Sat there on the counter while she asked for more...waiting... And waiting for a answer. My drink was melting, turning to a watery drink and then she told me" well we are out! So, again...I paid for xtra...hardly got any..and when she handed me my drinks...they did not have the xtra shot I ordered...no more chances here! Always dissapointed. My 4yr old could give better customer service in that location. Slow down and focus on your customers...don't chit chat with the employees hanging around after their shift is over. What a distraction. I wasted my money for the last time there today! I gave 4 chances....should have stopped the 2nd time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI WAS PRAYING FOR A SURVEY REQUEST FOR THIS VISIT BUT NEVER RECEIVED ONE SO HERE GOES MY REVIEW. 11/1/29 @ approx. 11:30a. I usually drive thru when I visit this store but decided to come in since my daughter-in-law was with me. To my surprise the store looked unkept and for being fairly busy, there only were only three employees behind the counter; one of which was working the drive thru and another who appeared to be restocking, neither greeted or addressed us as we patiently waited for someone to take our order. The third finally appeared from the back and took our order. My daughter-in-law ordered a something or other tea with peach in it but was told they were out of peach so she went with a second choice. She then ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese only to be told they were out of cream cheese and opted for a plain croissant. Seriously?!? after I finally got my hot coffee (drip), I watch as they made other drinks, several minutes passed and I noticed there was a drink similar to what she ordered sitting on the counter. I asked if it was her drink and was told no, I insisted to the girl that took our order to look at the name and she said, "oh yes it is yours." NEVER apologized for the oversight and by the time my DIL got her drink, she was already finished eating her croissant. I'm a faithful Starbucks regular and was both frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction I experienced...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI rarely write reviews, but today I decided to go to Starbucks due to convenience. I experienced customer service that was reminiscent of Starbucks customer service of ābetter timesšā the personable, light hearted, funny, gracious manner, and obvious work ethic was above and beyond exemplary, I had the pleasure of being served by a fast efficient team that really knew their stuff today, my triple shot espresso was not poured to fast or slow, the machine must be well calibrated and the white chocolate cold brew was just perfect sweetener was not over or under. Our experience we felt needed to be recognized because the cashier Yeneva (maybe Geneva sorry if spelled incorrectly) literally made us smile and we drove away without a single complaint or negative thought. Iām not sure if she will get the recognition deserved, but I hope so because her customer service should be the standard. Itās not just coffee or treats being served, itās the kindness, respect and quality that society has lost (itās about the big picture)š if by chance she sees this I hope she knows she made a difference and is...
