I don't know what it is about this location.. 🤷🤦 These guys just don't get it. Even more so, is that they absolutely could not care less. It's almost as if you're walking into one of those classrooms that we see in the movies,.. Before Morgan Freeman, Edward James Olmos, Michelle Pfeiffer, or Whoopie Goldberg get in there, and get them to pull their heads out and function properly. The teacher is gone, flat out. Frankly, I'm surprised that pizzas even get made at all. It doesn't matter if you pre order online or through the app. They will likely not have started preparing it, until you arrive. I have, no joke, even tried showing up 5-10 minutes later than the time the app said it would be ready. When I get there I do not see my name on the screen, but fingers crossed, I punch in my number anyway and secretly beg for a door to open🤞🙏. Nothing. It doesn't recognize my order, again. Now I have to attempt to get the attention of Lou Diamond Philips or Laurin Hill to assist me in finding out what happened to the pizza I paid for. I just need someone to look at me,.. anyone to make eye contact, just look up towards the counter, please., maybe someone coming in from there break will acknowledge me. Oh thank goodness someone saw me!!.. ?,. They are still just standing there hanging out though. 😕 This is crazy bread, right!?.. There is no way that this happens when there are customers waiting. They have to see us, they must know we are here,. How could they not!?.. I need to make a move ... " Hi there! Can you help me, please?! " Thank goodness they're coming over.. "I ordered through the app and my number isn't coming up. It's for Lindsay.,. " oh no, she looks confused. Why is she looking over her shoulder? Look at the screen lady.. Find my order. "Just a minute" .. aaand I lost her. A few more minutes go by,.. A young man comes to the counter, " are you waiting on something?" 🙄"Yes, my pizza I paid for online." " Oh. Just a minute. " .. aaand he's gone. This has got to be a joke. Wait, there's the girl that was helping me! Sweet, finally. " Um, are you being helped? " .... ok I have officially entered into the Twilight zone.. This can't be real life. ,.,..... Every. Single. Time. That is how this place operates. I wouldn't go at all, but my son loves their pizza...
Read moreWell I'll start off by saying that I personally frequent this particular location of this franchise and that the quality of food as far as taste goes does vary rather dynamically. What I mean by this is that one day the good I order will taste great and other times in the same week the food I order will taste obviously bland and as tho it was made with cheaper ingredients of some sort. Overall however the food is usually excellent. The main reason I do not give 5 stars total is that there are too many occasions when I call in advance to order (this is ALWAYS how I order here) in an attempt to streamline my experience efficiently, and upon my arrival to pickup said order the employees will unfortunately not have my order logged not ready in which case they'll be forced to retake my order and in turn I and my family are also forced now to wait the time required for the employees to prepare our order. This isn't the end of the world obviously however there are days (and we all have them) when I am not in the mood for this type of inconvenience and I would just prefer to simply pay and pickup my pre-ordered meal rather than have to stand around for up to 20 minutes waiting after id expected to complete said order as properly specified. I'll add however that the employees are rather cheerful and have even tossed in extras to make up for their mistake so overall I'd say they're a pretty good team and id recommend others to frequent this location as I've been doing so now for at...
Read moreI decided to do a mobile order and set it as drive thru since I had my toddler and preschooler with me. I got a notify my pizza was ready. I got there 10mins after getting the notification it was done. When I went through the drive thru I told the girl working at the window I had a mobile order. I gave her my name and she said well what did you order? After I told her she asked me to pull up front and it would be ready in 5 mins… after waiting for over 20 mins I called and they rudely said you need to come in(even McDonald’s brings it to you car if you had to wait) I told them I couldn’t as I had toddlers, so I guess I’ll go through the drive thru. When she hung up I could see her in the back and her and another coworker where laughing, which may not have been about me but the body language and faces said otherwise. When I got up to the window the girl from before was at the window opened up and just stared at me and I awkwardly said I was there to pick up my order. She then asked again what I ordered and disappeared for several minutes and finally came back with the food. From the time I ordered till I got the pizza it was almost an hour and 40 mins since I had gotten the notification...from a place that has “hot and ready pizza”. From now on I’ll be driving to the South Lancaster location even though it is in the opposite direction...
