No complaints about the food, it's Arby's and was good when we actually revived it.
But after trying to cut chicken out of our diet while my wife is breastfeeding we've went with Arby's a few time I've the last couple weeks. And the last 3 times we've visited this location the service has been very very slow. We had to drive around the building and wait in front for our drive through order each time. Not a big deal but they haven't been busy at these times either.
At our last visit we sat out front for 12 mins before I went in to check on our order.
They forgot us... had to put my order in and wait for our food as if we never went to the drive through. While we have a crying baby waiting to go home and get fed in the car.
I usually don't leave negative reviews but Arby's has standards and this location isn't...
Read moreI have never have had a bad experience at this Arby's other than they said their Jamoca shake maker was out of order for what had to have been months. Either way last meal I had there my girlfriend and I both got Jamoca shakes and they looked as good as they tasted!! If I visit again soon I will add pictures as long as they are as perfectly made as the last ones. The reason for four stars is not the staffs fault so much as Arby's prices I feel are a bit steep as well as having the shake machine down for multiple visits over a long period of time was a let down and I feel should have been resolved much sooner.

Read moreHORRIBLE. We ordered online (8/26/22) and it said it was open and let us pay, not knowing it was after hours. We got to the location and they were closed obviously so we went up to the window to ask how we could get a refund since it took our money from our bank account. There was two males and a female and ALL of them ignored us. They kept looking at us but wouldn’t open the window or even talk to us. Finally the female looked up and yelled “We’re closed”, we yelled back and said “we understand, but we’re wondering how we can get a refund”. She finally opened the window and told us to call a number tomorrow (8/27/22). So disrespectful and the worst customer service. Will never return to this...
