The worst customer service ever!!! Incompetent, moronic employees who shouldn't even be close to being in a service job, but are better off as drooling animals on leashes not to be anywhere near the general public. One of the locations near my residence likes to close more than often, so I took the liberty of placing my order at a separate location. THIS location. Hoping it would increase the odds of actually getting a delivery. It was one of my biggest mistakes. First off, a friendly-sounding lady called within 5 minutes to verify my location. Simple enough, and it was done satisfactory. She wished me a great evening and "we'll get this order right to you." Within 20 minutes, I get a second call. This time from a snarky-sounding guy in a snarling tone saying that my order was CANCELLED and "we don't deliver to your place." I started to explain that the lady who called before didn't seem to have a problem with my location. He grumbled something about "getting a refund". I tried to ask why this is happening because I was pretty hungry and hoping for this food rather than having it cooked up and then chucked away at the last second just because they changed their minds. The guy wasn't listening, and he hung up on me. I called back to get an explanation, just to get a lady who had a very poor understanding of English and was saying a jumble of mixed words and phrases that couldn't be understood. I asked for a manager, the call was terminated again on the spot. Two more times, I made a call. Both times, a computer intercepted my call, droning on and on for several minutes about Pizza Hut propaganda, BOTH times ending the call at the end of each computerized speech. By this time, I remade my order at a closer location, which surprisingly took my order and DELIVERED it this time. Not this band of nitwits from this particular Orem location who made me question myself several times at how they keep themselves in business. Extremely poor service. The first lady was nice enough, but she should've been knowledgeable in the idea that they weren't about to deliver to my location, which isn't too far out of the way in the first place, especially since she took down my exact address and sounded like there was no problem with it. Then to be called back by the second person, who had zero customer service skills and talked to me right away as if he were addressing a bully. This disgusting and pathetic behavior in repeatedly hanging up and failing to explain any issue only stands to destroy the reputation of what I hope is still a good company and I hope this location is shut down altogether and their employees be given extreme lessons in customer service...

For example, if you change your store location, it will make me start my order over. Also, when setting up a Rewards account, your password cannot have symbols. Wow, you all are begging to have your users hacked.
Anyway, here was my latest experience:
I selected that I wanted a topping on the half the pizza, but then when I saved and went to checkout, that was gone.
App aside, the store experience was the worst of all. I selected curbside pickup in the app, but then it turns out that's not really a thing at that store and they don't have parking or anything set up for that. They don't even get notifications when you select any of these options. Anyway, I parked and waited until it said my order was ready. I indicated I was here. Then it told me to call the store (what?). So I went in the store instead where I was ignored for ten minutes while my pizza sat on the rack getting cold. I waited behind one man in line and then when I got to the front, the lady at the counter just walked away without saying a word and started to make pizzas. She made four pizzas while I stood there at the counter. Another employee came up and said "you?", so I told him my name and that I was here to pick up. He looked at the rack pulling out a few pizzas that had been sitting there the whole time, then put them back in the rack and walked away and never came back to the counter. Then, the original lady at the counter finally came back. Long story short, she goes to the rack and grabs my pizza which was the very first one on the rack and had been sitting there the whole time and was also the pizza the other employee pulled out earlier and then put back.
So I finally get my barely lukewarm pizza and eat it in the car with my wife. The quality of the pizza was terrible. You all use the cheapest ingredients possible. It's the stingiest, cardboard-tasting pizza I've ever had, and that includes Little Caesars. You use the same dough for cheese sticks, cinna-sticks, and your pizza, and it's the most bland uneventful bread of any pizza I know. To top it off, you completely skimp on sauce to ensure there's nothing to rescue the terrible flavor of your bread.

Last night, 3/11, I ordered a Big Dinner Box for delivery. I waited the fully projected 90 min and had the DoorDash driver somehow end up in American Fork. My order was cancelled and there was no effort to resell we or offer a solution that was fair.
I called the store and gave them my situation and was put on hold for over 30 min. I had time while on hold to drive into the store and confront the manager. When I asked the manager why I was on hold for 30 min, she told me that there was only one phone and it was in the back and the priority that she had was the customers in the store. When I mentioned that there were no customers in the store, she mentioned the new orders were priority over me. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you.” I then asked for her bosses information and she refused to give me any information. I submitted a complaint against the store online afterwards. The store manager did not offer to refund me, I had to ask her for a refund and there were no other considerations for the time that I waited and the time that I wasted having to come in.
Then I called into the call center and requested a supervisor. The person, in the Philippines was nice, but mentioned that they could not get a leader because they were in a closing meeting. When asked where the online complaints go, he said, “they go to the complaint department”.
