My first time there and Elizabeth was very helpful in showing me there selections and what was popular and she checked to see if I enjoyed the food! I enjoyed the chicken satay and Tom Ga Kai soup. Unique flavor, not salty. Dining room had a very nice atmosphere to it. I enjoyed sitting on the cushions. I am a big man but there was plenty of room. I am definitely going back again! 2nd time - Dinner Elizabeth was perfect as our host! And the dinner was Fabolously flavorful! Chop stick friendly, colorful main course dishes! High quality cuts of meat and vegetables! I cannot give it enough praise! My new favorite place to eat! 3rd visit - Lunch This time Narisa served us wonderful tasty dishes. We had the Thai Fried Rice and Pineapple Fried Rice. The food is always the finest quality of meats and vegetables. Quickly served and hot with a variety of range hot spices. Truly my favorite Thai restaurant! 4th visit Still Super

About the only positive thing I have to say is that the food was ready on time, athough it was during the pandemic when no one was in the restaurant. You would think they would have the time and incentive to make the food good so people would come back. The pad thai was dry and tasteless, seemingly 95% noodles. The chicken in the orange chicken was old and gross and also dry and hard. The wontons were oily and not crisp. The fresh rolls had good fresh vegetables but old chicken. The egg rolls were pretty good but if I'm nitpicking, small for the price. Whoever made our food didn't really seem to care about it. I would choose fast food any time before I would ever eat here.

First time eating at Bangkok Grill and oh my goodness, I've been missing out. Hands down best Thai restaurant in Utah! We ordered the chicken satay which came with peanut sauce and the fresh rolls with chicken. Both were delicious. We then ordered the Tom Ka Gai soup which was out of this world. Honestly it was so good!! For the main dishes we ordered the yellow pumpkin curry, Panang curry and then a chicken dish. The curry's were outstanding. The flavors are bright and just pop! For dessert we ordered the mango sticky rice which was so good. I highly, highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

First time I went in food with solid as well as the service yesterday when I went in it was an absolute nightmare!!! The owner is having problems with her debit credit card swiping device so she ends up swiping my card like three times and in my head I'm thinking I wonder if each time she's swiping this it's charging me so I asked and she told me that nothing is going through so I decide on the third time when it says it's declined that I should check my mobile banking app and see all of what the heck is going on so behold she's charged my card twice and on the third run it was declined because i didnt have enough. The owner took like $40 out of my account I only had like 55$or in there and my order was only 20$. She tries to tell me that even though my banking app is showing the charges that they didn't go through I'm trying to let her know that if they didn't go through and if they weren't waiting to be processed then they wouldn't should be showing up on my account. She was adamant so then she called her Merchant and her Merchant said that the money wasn't taken yet it's just pending so out of the $55 to my name to last me till I get paid in another week now I had 15$ in my checking. So I'm very frustrated and she says the merchant said you could take these codes to your bank and get the money refunded(which sounded silly to me) so i drive directly over to my bank and Wells Fargo told me that we can't do anything until these transactions actually post then we can dispute them so now I'm very very very frustrated. I still have no food and I have $15 out of the 55$ I had spendable. So I go back and demand that the owner make her right wrong and just own her mistake and take cash out of your register for what she charged me and give it to me and she said well those transactions we cancelled they're not going to go through and I told her well you made the mistake your machine with your Merchant is the issue so good customer service says that you eat the $40 and you give me the $40 that you recklessly took from my account that I cannot use for 3 to 6 business days now and you give me my meal for free for this huge pain. Finally the mother of the owner steps in and was like I'm so sorry I told my daughter to give you the meal for free so we're sorry just take the meal but we can't give you money because we're not going to get paid so we would be losing money so I told them that's not good enough you guys made the mistake so you guys need to own it and make it right with me and they tried to put the blame on their Merchants that it's their Merchants fault and I was trying to help them understand that no matter their merchant there little debit credit card device it's their mistake so they should own it and take care of me but they wouldn't give me money out of the register they just offered me a free meal so before i wasted anymore time being jerked around i left. I mean they could have let the transactions go through and gave me $40 out of the register and in that they wouldn't have lost money and I would have had money to spend in the next week here but instead because she wanted to be greedy she ruined me ever coming back there and I was very patient. Just blows my mind how shed care less about losing a customer that would be a repeat customer over $40 once I realized that I'll never go back there and I'll never recommend that place to anyone because that...

My husband has eaten here several times for business lunches and told me how great it was. We decided to go there for dinner last night and to make a long story short, he apologized the entire time we were there.

Although we were seated almost immediately, our orders were taken pretty quickly and there were hardly any other people dining at the time, we waited almost 40 minutes just to get our drinks. I understand that sometimes meals can take a while but this was just a water and a soda. About two minutes before we got them, my husband said he was about to just leave. If it wasn't for me telling him to just wait a little longer and try to be patient, he would have. My husband is normally a very patient person, as well.

We ordered two kinds of curry and an appetizer, all of which were room temperature by the time we got them. Our side order of sticky rice was the only thing that was warm. I guess this is kind of my fault but I am used to the waiter usually asking how spicy I want my curry and so I totally forgot but the curry I got was a very bland with no spice at all. We were also brought a small bowl of rice to share for both orders of curry which I didn't understand because I saw other couples with a much larger bowl of rice. It was not even enough for half of our curry and we had to wait to get more before we could finish eating.

Be careful if you're going in winter. The restaurant is already a little chilly but we were seating at the front of the restaurant and every time someone came in, it got really cold. I didn't take my jacket off the entire time because of this.

There was a young child running around and actually knocked a cork board off of the wall behind their cash register. I'm not sure anyone even noticed. He was honestly adorable but not very professional to have your child at your business and it seemed like the employees were spending a fair amount of their time taking care of him. I'm sure we wouldn't have minded normally but when you're already frustrated, things get to you more than usual.

We honestly felt like not only should we have not left a tip, but we should have received a discount for this terrible experience. Unfortunately I guess, I tend to care too much about what other people think/ feel and felt guilty not leaving a real tip, but looking back, I have no idea why I did because we received no service to tip on. I mean, I don't know if I've ever received such bad service from a sit-down restaurant and I'm usually pretty good to let things slide because I would rather enjoy my night out over complaining or being upset.

With my husband's experiences and the great ratings, I was honestly very excited to go! With so many people loving it, I sincerely don't understand why our service was so poor. While I have no desire to go back, I just hope they see this and make sure this never happens to...

I want to preface this by saying that I've been going here for years. Nothing but good experiences. I've brought friends and family here. They have some of the best Thai food in the valley. However, something happened tonight on New Years Eve that I can't forgive:

I drove up to their store from Spanish Fork. Quite a drive for some Thai food, but like I said, I loved the place. I tried calling them for a couple hours that night with no response whatsoever. I figured that there was just something wrong with their phones. So I get to their restaurant finally and as I enter I hear both of their phone lines going crazy. I wait for five minutes at the front, for the girl to finally walk up and I jokingly ask if everything is OK with their phones.

She then proceeds to explain to me that because they have a long takeout wait time, that they're not answering their phones any more tonight. Unbelievable! I was shocked! Here I am, a loyal customer driving twenty minutes up to Orem and they can't take the time to give me a 3 second explanation over the phone.

Let me clarify further: they were still taking takeout orders, they just didn't care enough about their customers to answer a phone. Ridiculous! I don't know if they hate money or can afford to not care about the people that keep them in business, but for all those people that they were just "too busy for" I will never go back again.

Another good restaurant...
