I've been going to this locations since it opened and have a good experience everytime. The wait can be a bit long at times when there is only one barista, but that's to be expected. I went this morning and redeemed a free drink and also decided to get another small drink, as a little pick me up. I realized as I was getting ready to pay that I forgot my wallet. I was really embarrassed and upset and asked the barista, Jamie, to take it off as I couldn't pay. Jamie ended up paying for my drink, and told me not to worry about it when I tried declining. Read moreLook, I'm not one to leave negative reviews because I work in the service industry and I get it. However, I waited in the drive thru line for 53 MINUTES today for an online order!!!! And this Dutch Bros' drive thru is poorly designed so that you physically cannot get out of it once you are in it until you go all the way through, so I HAD to sit and wait. There were only about 10 cars ahead of me which puts us around 5 mins for each order. Honestly I only ordered today because it was 50% off and I felt like I needed a little pep up, but instead got stuck sitting in a line for 53 MINUTES and was late to work because of it. I’ve tried this stand 3 times now because of its convenient location and each time I’m met with condescending rude baristas (and this is coming from someone who used to be a barista for 5 years and I’m always really nice too it’s weird) It really is the mean girl shop.
