Quite honestly the food can be pretty great however it seems to depend on the staff that are working the said current shift. One woman in particular is always extremely fast to get our order which is the same as always. 2 carne asada fries and substitute the meat with pico (we do not eat meat and I specify it at the window ALWAYS as well as confirm my order after ordering through drive thru. I do this as my son does not eat meat as do we and when he does he vomits. Everytime I go I confirm my order and have them read it back to me twice.). She and most other of the drive through staff I notice will attempt to get the orders as quickly as possible without paying much attention so they can get back to talking to one an other and to playing the music loud to the point where I can barely hear them speaking to me. However I have not ONCE since going here for 3 months had my order come out correct. When I attempt to correct them on their end they seem to get aggressive and challenge me on what I ordered or say I did not make my order clear even though I've had them read the order back to me TWICE. My fiancee goes with me everytime I have gone and has seen this first hand. This exact order said word for word came out to me in a box with nothing but fries. No cheese or sour cream or anything the item is supposed to contain. I asked to have my order corrected and again experienced aggressive behavior. That I am wrong and I ordered wrong. That I said I wanted just the fries and somehow wanted to pay full cost for carne asada fries. This was my last straw. Read more5/29/24 Edit: Amending my review to now also include the fact that I got a new job and I've tried to grab breakfast on my way. Their hours on the window and here on Google say they open at 6am. This is not true. I've shown up three different mornings now at varying times between 6:07 and 6:20 and they will not come to the speaker at all. So not only are they not on DoorDash as you'll read below, but they also just don't honor the posted hours even in person. I've given up at this point, honestly. They clearly just do not want my business. Oh well ¯(ツ)/¯
Realized all my betos DoorDash orders were taking way longer suddenly. Turns out this specific location disappeared from DoorDash and all my orders are going to Betos in AF or Provo. Not sure why it vanished. This location was always the best at getting orders right and including plenty of sauce with the order. Unlike stingy Rancheritos who horde the sauce like a dragon guarding its gold. I hope it comes back soon. It’s been gone for a week or two now.
Edit: it’s been five months now. Lowering my rating to one star. The Google maps entry lists delivery but this is not true. This location does not utilize delivery services anymore. Also, I created a new account and checked from my wife’s account to make sure it wasn’t just me. It’s definitely gone from DoorDash even though you can definitely go through the drive-through yourself. It now costs an arm and a leg to get Betos via DoorDash where we live because of the distance to the AF location.

Read moreWe had a bad experience tonight at Beto's Orem tonight January 1st, 2020 at around 1:30am. My husband purchased food and we got the wrong order. When we called to the restaurant to find out what happened a lady with bad manners answered the phone. I explained the situation and she was defensive, she never apologize or gave me a solution. When I said I was going to talk to her manager she responded that I should go and talk to him tomorrow. I already tried to contact management throug their email in the website and on Facebook. We are lactose intolerance, how can we forget that we are not supposed to eat cheese? All we wanted is food to eat with no cheese, we paid for food we only wanted the right order. We feel sad and upset for the way we were treated tonight. I hope someone can help me. At this point I don't know if I want my money or the food. Please, someone needs to teach this lady how to treat customers and we want an apology and to talk to the manager.
