Absolutely terrible! I come to pick up my four pizzas at 630 when my pick up time was 6:17-6:27. It shows it was still prep. I texted here and waited five minutes. I changed my text to window. I drive up and say hey I'm worried it still shows prep but I'm almost ten minutes from when it said it should be done. He can't find my order under name or number. I show him the text, confirmed the manager name and email. I show him the address is correct. He leaves and someone else shows up and said I'm not sure he understood what you need. Are you picking up an order? I say yes and tell him my last name. He then goes I can't find your order but we are making now and it'll be fifteen minutes. I ask for a credit for the inconvenience and he says do you want a soda? I said no I need a credit. He says okay I'll give you a refund. I said thank you. He opens the window and tells me he cancelled my order???!!!! I said cancelled? I need the pizzas. You said 15 minutes? He said well you asked for a refund. I said I asked for a credit. He kept arguing with me!! I said I am the customer and you messed up. I never said cancel, refund or I can't wait to make you assume and cancel the order. He shuts the window and now a lady comes to the door and she is Mariah, the manager. Thank gosh!! She was very kind, listened, acknowledged and fixed the problem. I still had to wait twenty minutes in the parking lot after this. However she threw in some cinnamon sticks and retook the order for free. She said she would talk to her staff. She walked out to her car but didn't check on me. Guy brought the order and said nothing. I apologized for yelling at him. He said nothing but a thank you after he gave me the last item. Hopefully they didn't spit in my food. They also didn't give me the cinnamon sticks instead did parmesan bites so that was frustrating!! I didn't end up with the yummy treat promised. Dominos is last in my list. Ordered many times before but never got those freebies advertised....
Read moreFirst of all, their website was broken. I had no confirmation of my order being processed until I called the location itself and received a phone confirmation. At no point in time was I told how long my order would be.
I arrived about 20 minutes later at the pickup window, and was told that my pizza would be "at most, 20 more minutes" before it would be ready to pick up. Fair enough. It's a busy time, and pizza generally take about 40 minutes to be delivered at dinnertime.
22 minutes later, I pull up to the pick up window again. I wait to be greeted. Five minutes pass, and a line is starting to form behind me. I back up and drive over the chime again. I knock on the window. I stomp on the time. Finally, after 10 whole minutes of waiting at the window, someone walks by the window. They see me, but they don't do anything.
And so, someone from one of the cars behind me gets out and goes inside the store. Don't know what they say, but shortly thereafter, the person who walked by earlier finally opens the window. Turns out, I wasted 13 minutes just to be told that my pizza had not even begun production yet, and It would be 45 more minutes.
The only saving grace about this whole experience is that the online order form allowed me the option to pay at the store rather than paying immediately. So at least I didn't have to demand a refund.
I get the feeling that there's only one person working there. At dinner time. Or, at least their service is a slow and non-responsive as though that...
Read moreI’ve been ordering from this location for 2 years. Consistently get orders wrong or forget items, delivery often takes 60-90 minutes, food is often burnt, if you call you’ll be on hold for about 15+ minutes before someone answers, etc. This is the WORST Domino’s I’ve ever been to. Like, it’s so bad I actually felt compelled to write this so other people will feel encouraged to buy from a different location or company altogether.
Today, my delivery arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, I made an order for a M pepperoni/onion and a L specialty buffalo chicken. I ended up being delivered a M Alfredo pizza with mushrooms, chicken, bacon, etc and my specialty pizza arrived burnt and without any buffalo sauce. I called the store, and after being on hold for 13 minutes, the call was disconnected or they hung up, I don’t know. I wasn’t even rude, I just asked if I could come in-store and exchange this Alfredo abomination for my pepperoni pizza. But whatever, I guess I’m having Alfredo mushroom pizza for dinner because it’s not worth the hassle. The store probably needs new management or employees that aren’t 16.
I’m a pretty easy-to-please guy and I’m not one to complain, but this location has been f—-ing up my orders on a regular basis for months. I feel like such a Karen for saying this, but I do not recommend anyone order from this particular location. It has 2.4 stars...
