Went through the drive thru tonight, employees were super struggling, I sat at the order kiosk and had to remind them I was there, waited another 20 minutes in the drive thru get my food with only a couple cars in front of me. Zero apology for the time wait, what I ordered I did not get and it was incomplete. The Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich I got maybe had 2oz of turkey on the whole sandwich. Very skimpy portions and the price was kind of a joke. I do not see myself returning anytime soon with the price increase and lack of attention to detail and customer service. Photo attached
EDIT: was given a credit to try them again. Went through the drive through tonight the 09/13, waited over 25 minutes, and shame on me for not looking at the food. The quality of it was even worse this time than the last. The bread was crispy and over cooked and super thin. They also ran out of Baguette and didn’t let me know til I had got to the window to pick up my food. We had to get the French Dip on BAGUETTE, on Chibatta, not the same. When I went back to the restaurant to get my sandwich remade, there were numerous tables wondering where their food was. This store location is in shambles and the amount of people that dine in has dramatically decreased. Downgraded my review from a 2 star to 1 star.
UPDATE: 10/18/2024 Went through the drive thru to get a few things. Good thing we checked our bags before driving away. They forgot our cranberry pistachio loaf of bread and mint brownie. We told the attendant at the window and he went and grabbed a cranberry orange loaf of sweet bread and so we had to then tell them in further detail the items they were forgetting to give us. This location is a wreck and needs a massive overhaul.
UPDATE 02/04/2025 Wanted to give them another chance with their desserts. Another mistake and the last penny I spend with Kneaders. First off, every dessert is WAY OVERPRICED now. Over $30 for 5 desserts. The Mint Brownie was my favorite, tonight it was so dry and inedible. No Go! Steer clear from this Kneaders location...
Read moreHonestly, this must have been the worst experience I have ever had at a Kneaders. I am don't eat there enough to understand if this was a bad day or if the quality really has gone down, but I did not have a good experience.
We chose a table which seemed to be the cleanest available even though no tables seemed to be clean and no one out cleaning them.
My turkey bacon on focaccia was terrible. I get this every time I go and this was bad. Turkey was dry, the bread for the sandwich was uneven and made it impossible to hold, and only bacon on one of the sandwich halves.
I brought my three daughters and they each got a kids meal. The best item was the grilled cheese because how do you mess that up. The ham and cheese looked disgusting. My daughter ate it but it looked like a sandwich that could have been made with bologna and a cheap package cheese square. The PB&J was barely able to be held. Jelly was everywhere. The slide of bread on the top was thin and had holes making jam spew everywhere. My daughter took one bite and didn't eat anything else.
Each daughter received a cookie. Surely, you can't mess up a cookie. Eww.. they tasted like a sugar cookie that had been sitting out for days. Hard and stale, the frosting was stuff and could not be eaten. Not one daughter ate more than a bite and one spit out after the bite.
We had an employee come and take a picture of us at the table and he cut one of my daughters out of the picture.
I was not happy with this experience and avoided complaining because I was with...
Read moreWell I came in tonight to get some of the 50% Off desserts they sell. So I see 8 Fruit Tarts on the Tray and I order 3 with the girl behind the cash register and also add a piece of Carrot Cake and a slice of Pumpkin Cheesecake to go. The girl with no emotion at the cash register just sort of looks at me and says you can stand over here to her left and then starts taking someone else’s order. So I walk over asking another girl behind the dessert counter who was equally unemotional and low energy as well. I literally said hi Can I add more items to our order. My daughter says Dad I don’t think she can here you. I then repeat myself and she just sorta looks at me dumbfounded and said you have to tell the cashier. I said oh, ok. I then ask the cashier to add more Tarts. Then to my surprise the girl behind the dessert counter then tells me they are now SOLD OUT of Fruit Tarts. I look T the cashier and said by who. Who bought them ? They didn’t care one bit and it honestly takes a lot to get me peeved or annoyed. Well both of these lovely workers couldn’t of cared less. It’s sad because I liked coming here until this fiasco. Meanwhile I have a bummed out wife and 2 kids who were so excited to eat the Tarts. I cancelled the order and moved on. I really thought this place had great upbeat workers at least from the drive thru perspective where I normally order from. I go into the lobby and see all the low energy from these 2 workers...
