Worst tacos in Utah Valley. I went to the Lindon location and ordered Carne azada tacos. They gave me the meat almost raw and I asked the ladies who were cooking to get the meat more “grilled” and better cooked, and the lady didn’t like my request to put the meat on the grill again to cook the meat better and gave me an aptitude like she was paying my tacos from her pocket. After 5-7 min they gave me the tacos with the meat almost burned!!! I saw in that action that these employees don’t know how to make a simple street Carme azada taco and they do horrible food instead . I didn’t eat the tacos and left the restaurant and the front employees were laughing like if they did something graceful or funny. There are a lot of places that offer better street tacos than Don Joaquin’s tacos. I hope some day, these employees learn how to cook a real Mexican street taco because these restaurants are everything but Mexican street tacos. Joaquin, if you read this review, please train your staff to do a better food and do something about it and give your customers good customer service and above all, good quality tacos as you advertise them. I will never return to any of your restaurants, specially to the...

Just had an extremely disappointing experience with the overall service that was presented to me during lunch. From the moment I reached out for assistance, it was VERY clear that the representatives were not adequately trained to handle my concerns. The response times were painfully rude, unprofessional, and irritable.

I came to order 4 carne asada burritos but the cashier had gotten it wrong. As I then went back to discuss that the order was wrong I felt that my issues were not taken seriously, and there was a distinct lack of empathy! Instead of resolving my problem, I sensed very rude energy and behavior. Honestly. If you can’t handle a simple change especially as something like this, then maybe quit your job. If you are so miserable with a job! that you’re having a pissy attitude with a 15 year old at 12pm! CONSIDER A DIFFERENT FIELD.

Not only that but when we got our food, COINCIDENTALLY THERES HAIR IN THE BURRITO. If you seriously couldn’t handle a simple interaction with a teenager, I suggest you get a life and grow up. Honestly, if you’re working at a fast food restaurant then I wouldn’t be surprised that...

I'm a lover of street tacos and have even been to many of the Don Joaquin locations, this one being the closest to the office so it's perfect for team lunches. I love this location because the dining room is HUGE. I can't imagine it being busy enough to fill the entire space but somehow they do! While you can't go wrong with any of their meats, it's always an easy win to order their daily special for a discounted price. Plus, usually, they have the daily special prepared and ready to go so they call your number within minutes. The Lindon was no different and the staff was clearly prepared for the oncoming lunch rush.

One of the things I love most about Don Joaquin is their variety of salsas and add-ons. I can get anything from mild to way-too-hot depending on how I feel and I can completely drench my tacos in salsa the way I like with no shame.

This Don Joaquin is on my team's weekly lunch rotation and I expect we'll visit again soon because it checks all the boxes. It's quick, inexpensive, delicious, and they have a little of everything so that everyone can find...

I was just introduced to this street tacos location and OMG! Not only are the tacos super cheap ($1.85 each), but they are seasoned so well and very authentic. The staff was so friendly and helped me by letting me try one of their drinks before I bought it. I tried the traditional horchata and honestly can't wait to go back and get some more again! Here are each of the street tacos I tried with their ratings: Pollo was 10/10. The seasoning was delicious, and the size of the chicken was just perfect for each bite. It's very earthy, with Cilantro on it. Delicious! The Assado was also a 10/10. The meat was also very soft and chewy, not too tough. The seasoning was also fresh! The Al pastor was 8/10, had pineapple, and a mix of the meat, I really liked how it had a sweet/savory taste to it! Finally, the chorizo was a 9/10 as the pork was cooked perfectly. It had a nice char to it, and I really enjoyed it with lemon and onions on top! All tacos come with corn tortilla, and they also have a salsa bar for all the toppings/sauces. I honestly can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommended!

We ordered tacos de tripa and asked that it be over cooked because we like it crispy, the girls cooking looked at us crazy and mad and they ended up giving it to us undercooked so we had to cook it again at home because the order was to go. We also ordered tacos de pastor and they gave us chicken and put literally one piece of pastor on top with pineapples over it to kind of cover it. we used to love this place and go a lot but lately the service and the food has just gone down a lot. here is a picture of the chicken taco we didn't want and a picture of the tripa we had to cook at home. if you're trying to go out and eat good tacos don't go here, it will just ruin your appetite. we also tried calling after to speak to a manager but after 5 phone calls they did not answer not one time. And the price we paid for them which has gone up a lot was not worth it, and it isn’t worth it anymore.
