7/8/2024 I was over there with friends. First of all they closed the lobby at 7pm. People would go to open the door, see its locked then go away. I could not believe they were closed so I went through the Drive Thu and surprisingly someone was ready to take my order. After me and my friends ordered everything I go to the window to pay $78 for burritos and politely ask the worker if me and my friends could eat inside. He said "No, we already mopped". I was disappointed but just dealt with it. Me and my friends grab our orders and well we sit on the grass to eat because he did not want to let us inside at 7pm when they close at 9pm. We open our bags to find out that they messed up on our order. I go to the door and get the workers attention, he finally comes over and I tell him that he messed up on our order and to please fix it. He tells me to wait next to the Drive Thru window then he shuts the door and locks it. So I go to the Drive Thru window and awkwardly just wait there while there is a car just behind me. I look through the window just to see that the worker opened the door to have 4-5 of his friends just go inside the store, order food, and eat in the lobby. Of course I wanted to bring that to his attention but then again he is making my food and I don't want to risk getting the worker mad and have him do things to my food, especially because I already paid for it. After receiving the missing food, it looked like it was made in a rush and it was way smaller than it should have been. Its sad because this was one of me and my friends favorite restaurants because the burritos were so good. This is definitely the worst service I have ever received in my life. We wont be returning anytime soon.
Food 1/10 Service...

First of all, ew. Tiny burrito for 8 bucks. I got the smokehouse (shredded chicken, cheese, onion rings, bacon, ranch). Sounded promising. The first couple bites I was like "ok, pretty good". Then i got some chicken, which was SO dry, the edges were hard as plastic. They need to turn down the heat on the pan that's kept in, or have it sit in some juices to keep moist, because it was nasty. Then, I kept getting hard pieces, like leather i couldn't chew through. (Picture below). I tried to look over it and just pick it out, but on the third one, i gave up. I have no idea what it was, super hard bacon or chicken or onion? Barf. I seriously gagged. Probably a same issue with a hot pan. Didn't even get half way through my burrito.
Husband got the break neck, a breakfast one. Tried it, flavors were good, the sauces are the only good things on these burritos. He had the same gross leather pieces, so maybe it was the bacon. Gagging thinking about it.
Second of all, Service was a little annoying. Two registers, both guys helping one woman buying gift cards and it apparently took both of them to look for them, set it up, etc. When one finally went to the other register and said "I can help you over here", the second i started talking he got distracted by the gift card lady still and continued helping her. He took over her situation so the other guy was like "ok yeah I'll help you". Sorry dude? The whole time i ordered, he kept looking over at the gift card lady and I had to repeat myself twice. I dont know what's so special about this lady!...
Read moreIt would seem they are incapable of reading, as the two times we have ordered via Doordash, they have sent a burrito when we ordered a salad. Additionally, even though we scheduled the delivery for 6pm, they couldn't be bothered to read the time and started preparing the food the minute we placed the order at about 4:30. Thankfully, Doordash caught the mistake and called to ask if I was able to receive the order an hour and a half early, and when I said I wasn't, they refunded me and contacted the restaurant. They told me I would need to reorder. I waited until 5:45 to place our order. Our food arrived within 30 minutes, we had ordered 2 salads and 3 burritos, but received 1 salad and 4 burritos. The lettuce in the salad was severely wilted and rotting; touching it with your finger let a sludgy green residue on your fingers. The burritos were not at proper internal temp, but the wrapper and exterior were incredibly warm. The burritos themselves were stale and inedible. It seemed as though the burritos had sat under a heating lamp for an extended period of time. We can't be certain, but we suspected they'd been sitting there since our earlier pre-scheduled order that they mistakenly began preparing right away. Either way, the food was terrible this time, the experience was awful, and considering this was only our 3rd ever experience with Sweeto Burrito and 2 of those 3 times they messed up, we won't be...
