I don't usually come to rancheritos but I decided to come today after a frustrating morning with my baby girls and I had the worse customer service experience ever. I went thru the drive thru as it was easiest for me since my baby was sleeping in her car seat and I was going to drive my oldest girl to an activity so I wanted to eat something quick . The "manager" took my order thru the drive thru. I asked about their bowl and what else was included but had a hard time listening to the cashier on the speaker so I just said I just needed two carne azada tacos and an horchata drink. Well when I drove forward I verified my order with them before paying to make sure they got it right. They he put down that I wanted the bowl. A different cashier comes to tell me that they were already making the bowl for me because that is what I had ordered so I had to explain that it was hard to listen to them thru the speaker so I needed them to correct my order and do their three amigos deal for $7.50 which included three tacos and a soft drink. Well then a different cashier shows up and asks what I need. At this point i was frustrating that they wouldn't just fix my order. This time it was the manager ALMA who in an angry tone told me she had taken my order and I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. I told her they needed to check on their drive thru speaker because I could not hear her well and to just fix my order and repeated again what I wanted. They finally bring my tacos but all three of them are different meats. So I had to knock on their window and tell them that I ordered all carne azada. Alma who is the "manager" gave me an angry look and took the tacos back to fix it. I was already having a frustrating day with my baby been fussy and just wanted some food and don't think it is fair this person treated me like this when I am a customer who was trying to order some...
Read moreLast year in July my friend and I went to get burritos from here late at night. First off the guy was really rude and as always it took forever for us to get our 2 burritos and we were the only ones there🤦🏽♀️. We got our burritos got home to eat it and my friend found a blade!! in their burrito, yes a BLADE!! Lucky my friend only bit into it while it was flat and they didn’t get hurt. My friend went in and showed them the burrito and right away they called the owners who were coming from SLC.
The owners got there and took care of the situation right away because they didn’t want my friend going into social media about it and decided to give my friend free burritos or anything under $6 for 4years. My friend agreed and all seemed well until this month.
My friend went in as usual to get his free burrito and found a cap from their sour cream thing inside their burrito and it was the same cook from last time. We went in to try and talk to the owner but every time we did they were NEVER there. We set up every time that we came in to try and meet with them and every time they were to busy and didn’t seem to care about their customers. We even set up a time with the husband of the owner and the next day that we were supposed to meet they never came.
I waited a while to post this because my friend wanted to talk to the owners but they really don’t seem to care. For anyone who’s looking for a good Mexican place to eat. This is definitely NOT a safe and caring place to choose. We definitely trusted them the first time and felt bad because we’re all trying to survive in this life one way or another but now it’s just ridiculous and the way they’ve been treating my friend’s situation like it was nothing...
Read moreI have been going here for years....the past 3 visits have been a joke! Last week I ordered super nachos began to eat them and the carne asade was COLD. I told the girl,she touched one and said it felt fine. She then pushed it to me and said I would need to pay for a new one! So,I got my money back.... In Provo it's always great.their onions aren't half way clear because they have been out forever. Last week I ordered the same thing she had an issue with her register couldn't print a receipt.she asked my bf about a tattoo he had. We left and didn't look at the food. MISTAKE...... Got home We had 20 chips at most and a bunch of broken small chips. COLD meat and COLD cheese..... It was the same employees cook and cashier that produced bad food before. We went back. She asked for the receipt.I said she kept it. She said she doesn't keep receipts. I told her I was there 15min ago. She said I Was mistaken,she came in at 6. I replied I was here at 6.15. She still denied it. I went and got my bf. Came in and pointed to his tattoo....I asked if she remembers me now! She wouldn't give me the managers name or number..... I left a note. She proceeded to talk to the cook in Spanish. I played stupid as they talked about me in Spanish,looking at me,talking about my message going into the trash when I leave. I Was given my order,i then told her that she can go ahead and throw out my note when I leave. I will contact the GM, and, they should talk about customers a little quieter just in case they are bilingual and understand every insulting demeaning word they say,like I did!...... Can't I just have some chips...
