please stop prioritizing walk ins over appointments. my appointment was at 2:00. it took an hour for me to actually get my service. canceled plans bc my appointment was supposed to be at 2. if i knew they wouldn’t actually be able to service me until then then i would have been able to have plans. The front desk girl was really nice to the walk ins explaining it was too busy but then the boss said “no! we can serve you!” but what about the people with appointments? I think that should be their top priority over walk ins. even if they come before peoples scheduled appointments. i can only come in on saturdays now because of my job and i don’t want to waste my only day off waiting almost an hour to get a fill. also don’t like the new guy they have around. loud and kinda aggressive towards the costumers. when i finally got in it took them another 1.5 hours to do just a fill. so 2.5 hours waisted. the guy who did my nails was aggressive and messed them up several times. even on the paint job. will not be coming back. which sucks because i’ve been coming here for a year. im really disappointed. was anxious and stressed the whole time he did my nails. rushed the process yet took forever at the same time. he also cut my cuticle and although he said sorry he insisted that it had to be done. and...

I came here to get my birthday nails done and I’m very disappointed. This is my 3rd time coming here and im not coming again. Every time that I come I always have to change my design drastically because they don’t have the things that my design requires which isn’t much to be honest. I didn’t end up liking the polish that I chose and asked to change it by just covering it up with another color or drilling it off and they said it was to late and there was nothing they could do. For a business that has been going on for years it quite disappointing that they don’t have more options for the designs. They’re work is quite messy and they don’t even clean ur cuticle or do nail prep well. They seem to know the basics to nails but if you want a more complicated design or more extravagant design this is NOT the place. I don’t recommend coming, there are better places out there that will ACTUALLY do the design that you want. Not just...

Don’t get a pedicure here…The salon itself was fine, pretty much what you’d see anywhere. My finger nails turned out cute but my toe! The lady who did my mani pedi was pretty aggressive with everything and she really dug at my big toe. My toe started hurting as the day went on I took a flashlight to it and it looks like the lady ripped off the skin next to the nail, my toe is swollen and sore. I had to trim my nail to try and relive the pressure from where she dug my nail into my skin. Currently soaking it in epsom salt and definitely using antibiotic ointment. Important side note!! Not sure if they sanitize their instruments.
