Well ill start out with im DISGUSTED! We were planning on eating on the patio with our little boy to enjoy a early afternoon meal... well we hardly wanted to sit down because each and every tables had a thick coat of built up stickiness! And not to mention the 3 garbages that were on site were plum full and smelt like our local dump! I might as well of been the dump because there were ketchup packets on the ground that had been previously stepped on, napkins everywhere.. and to top it off when we finally decided to order and the gentleman had an attitude and treated us like we were interrupting something more important than serving the customers! We waited patiently for our food to be delivered to the patio and when it finally was the gentleman (134 Michael) presented himself with green hair, green facial hair, and multiple piercings! Ive had my experiences working in and around fast food and that is not acceptable you're supposed to present yourself clean cut with a great attitude and that was far from what he had going on i worked at arbys and if you had any tattoos, facial piercings, or large gauges they were expected to be taken or or covered up. The hair would of been unacceptable. If you want crazy hair go work in another field like hair or where you are not presenting yourself to the general public! We were so upset with the cleanliness of the sonic surroundings we decided to head home to eat! As we were unloading the bag we noticed we had no straws, syrup for our sons french toast sticks, missing a tater tot that we added on (and no we didnt pay for it because he didnt even add it on when we asked) there were multiple hairs stuck to our tater tots in and on the box! We are very upset with this service and we not think we will be visiting again.. and thats upsetting to us due to the fact we visit usually every Saturday or Sunday through the drive through... but we will be picking another place. I hope you have a discussion with your employees about their responsibilities and expectations that they are held responsible for! I am not the one to jump to conclusion or get so upset so easily but i was appalled and couldnt help myself! Thank you in advance for your time you took to read this....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is after 5+ years of experience going here on a once every 2 months basis. What I am going to describe is my experience 95% of the time I go there. I completely despise this establishment, but my wife likes their strawberry limeades and pebbled ice when she is pregnant. I'm not going to talk about the quality of the food because it is a national chain and you get what you go there for.
The service is what confounds me. Either the owner or management is so out of touch with what is going on there or they are completely okay with the awful customer service they provide. I believe it to be the latter. I don't think I've gone there once where I haven't waited over 15 minutes. I have pulled up when no one else was in front of me, ordered a soft-drink, and waited over 15 minutes while watching 4 people sitting around inside. There is no sense of normal customer service expectations or urgency. I'll pull up to the window and wait for 10+ minutes, then flag someone down inside and they'll come to the window and say, "What do you want?" And I'm like, "Ummm... Are you going to take my money?"
The last time I was there an employee was smoking in the kitchen. I could see them and smell it when they finally came to the window. The service is typically rude and inattentive. I stopped ordering food there 2 years ago because it takes FOREVER. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I go to the Provo location my experience is the complete opposite, without fail, every time. The service is fast, friendly, prompt, and fresh.
How this place is still in business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe drinks and employees are AWESOME at this place! I wish I could give them all a shout out by name, but I never got a chance to askā¦
I had a fussy baby after visiting family nearby- So instead of driving 30 min with a screaming baby, I decided to stop here to nurse her for a bitā¦
I figured that I could do that while treating myself and my older daughter to a couple of refreshing cherry limeades because it seemed like a win win scenario right?
Well I ended up accidentally letting my carās battery run too low without the carās engine running, and we suddenly found ourselves with delicious drinks, but STRANDED and in desperate need of a jump start.
Within a few minutes, despite a fresh wave of new cars and an already busy staff- a kind stranger, 2 employees, and a manager were quick to spot our need and all offered help!
The customer offered jumper cables, and the first employee went to go grab her more car savvy co-workers, the second employee pulled his car up within a couple of minutes and his manager was there minutes after that with the skills to figure it all out.
All were kind, courteous and efficient as they juggled assisting us for about an hour while also serving their other customers as fast as they could.
I canāt say enough, how GRATEFUL I am, and both of my daughters are to be back home safe and sound with a working car thanks to the kindness of strangers who cared and took action to secure our well-being when they really didnāt have to.
PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE OR SOME OTHER RECOGNITION FOR THEIR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!...
