Today was the second time I ordered the same three foot longs from this Subway store. The first time was approximately a month ago. Two of the three sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and were not. It was the first time I got sandwiches there so I just let it go. Today the two sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted were not toasted. AGAIN!!! I called the store and spoke with a girl who insisted that they were toasted. I told her they were not. It was very obvious that they weren’t. The sandwiches were refrigerator cold not room temperature cold like they had been toasted and just cooled off. The girl told me that the only thing they could do is if I brought them back they would toast them. Now, the vegetables were on the sandwiches and they would just toast them with the vegetables on them? You would think they would have remade the sandwiches, toasted them & then put the veggies on which is the way they normally do it. I told the girl I wasn’t coming back because I was in my pajamas and that I wanted to talk to a manager or the owner of the store. She told me she would take my number and give it to the person and they would call me. Well, I have not received a call, text or voicemail from whoever it is that was that they gave my number to. I’m SO SURPRISED that they haven’t called. I will never go to this store again. I will go out of my way to go to any other Subway store. The customer service at this store is horrendous. Oh, I forgot to mention that I got the sandwiches curbside and even asked the guy that brought my sandwiches to me if they had been toasted because they felt cold. He said they’d been toasted....
Read moreI will not be going back here. Placed an order along with 2 co workers (each separate) for pickup. When I got there mine was ready and waiting on the shelf. I told them I had two others and gave the names. They told me they could not give them to me without a confirmation code. I have been picking up stuff for awhile here without a problem. The manager there was rude and told me this is how it has always been. My coworkers were busy with patients and so I had to wait until they were available to get their confirmations. When I finally got one, the manager asked me for the confirmation number. I started to read it to her and she asked for the names. So I gave the names again and she proceeded to tell me that those were already confirmed because they had been placed like 3 hours before. Which was impossible because I watched them place their orders at 11:00 along with me. She never actually asked for the confirmation numbers in the end. Just the names which I had been giving them from the beginning. So I went to all the trouble to get confirmation codes that she didn’t even confirm. The kicker? Pretty sure if I had come 5 min later all the orders would have been on the shelf waiting and I could have grabbed them no problem like I’ve done...
Read moreI love subway. I have eaten at many Subways. The beautiful thing about the Subway franchise is you know what you are going to get and the service you are going to get which is great. I have eaten at this specific location a few times after work. My experience has been great so far until today when I was served by the General Manager named Lola.I said I would like a foot long Spicy Italian. I would like it to be cut in half. She proceeded to prepare my sandwich and then handed it to the lady at the register. She said to the lady that I got two 6 inch Spicy Italian sandwiches. I told her I got a foot long Spicy Italian. Needless to say this woman Lola told me that since I asked her to cut my sandwich in half that it was "company policy" that I pay for two 6 inches. I don't know where I have been the last 10 years, but this has NEVER happened to me at Subway. I refuted her on it. She said that's too bad that is the rule. I paid for it, but I should of just left it there. Not impressed with management. This isn't the type of person that should be working as a manager who has to work...
