Update 7-3-2023 (don't eat inside) My 2 toddlers, my wife and I decided to pop in almost right at 5pm and grab some dinner. When we walked in there were 4 or 5 teenagers who had just ordered and a guy waiting by the table, no one else in front of us. We ordered and sat down. We waited and waited. Then we waited some more. 30 minutes went by, we'd seen at least 25 cars go through the drive through and get their food and not a single person in the lobby was served. Everyone in the lobby is getting inpatient, by this time another 2 people had come in and ordered and were waiting on their food. The guy who had been waiting when we got there was getting very impatient. He attempted to speak to an employee but there was only one in the back making food and one at the delivery window which ignored him. Another 25 minutes and 25 cars in the drive thru go by. There are 2 more people in the lobby waiting for food when FINALLY a kid walks in dressed in his taco bell uniform. The guy who'd been waiting since the start was quite upset and turned out he was there to pick up his doordash order, he must have been there a freaking hour waiting for that order. We finally got our food, our kids were annoying to entertain while hungry and waiting almost an hour. In the past I've had good experiences here but this was unbelievably bad. Food tasted fine, kid who arrived at the end got orders moving out once he got situated but there's a total lack of ownership and management going on when it comes to customers who come in to eat. We will not be back to this location.
Update 7-26-2022 Went through the drive through yesterday at around 2pm. Woman working the intercom was very positive and polite, not sure if they all got raises or you just found really good people but the guy at the window was just as positive and polite, great experience.

Read moreI have ordered here many times due to living next to this location and can say I've hand only a handful of my orders come to me correctly. I will ask to substitute beef for black beans and be told they will have it ready. Yet 95% of the time my order is given to me and it's always pinto beans(I normally put up with it but this time I just wanted the correct beans.) and when I go in to ask if they could switch it to be what I asked for they said "we're out of black beans" after waiting for 15 mins and being told they were making it again but never am I told at the window or while ordering that it's out so that I can go else where. I went last night and the manager had the nerve to start yelling to her employees then claim I asked for pinto beans and was not specific. I HAVE THE RECEIPT STILL THAT SHOWS BLACK BEANS!!! She then said she did exactly what the screen told her to make so made no mistake. She took it out on her employees more and then even managed to cook my sons fresco style crunch wrap wrong (no meat) and had the audacity to claim it was either me and her employees who messed up the order. I called however later today and spoke on the phone with a manager named Brittany of the matter and she was excellent! I originally had my rating at a 1 star but she and the other manager named Justin were fantastic! I didn't expect anything from them other than to hear my complaint but was offered to have my order redone and made correctly. They even gave me free desserts for my pregnant fiancee and a drink. These two were so positive and so driven to make this right I let them know I would change my review due to what they've done!...
Read moreTaco bell is awesome, but, THIS Taco Bell is terrible, at least during the day time. They passed my order around trying to find out whose order it was because they put the wrong name down on the reciept and no one was responding to the incorrect name when they were calling out the order.
When they came around to me, I didn't recognize the order because they got it wrong. After waiting for a while, I went to see what was taking so long, and the incorrect order with the incorrect name ended up being mine.
The food was cold, the order was wrong, I waited forever, and to top it all off, the manager came out angry (without me even asking to see her), and implied that this was my fault for not getting my food when they were calling the name out, and told me she wasn't making me a new order. Other customers standing around me clearly sided with me, telling me not to accept the food.
I could handle the problem with the food, people make mistakes. But, what brought me to make this review was that stupid manager.
