I was just stopping in for a bit of Boba. I ordered a classic pearl milk tea with 100% sweetness. It came out, made with 50% sweetness. And that may not seem like a big deal, but 50% sweetness vs 100% Percent sweetness is a very big difference. But that isn’t even the worst part. I told them about this and asked if they could maybe remake it, but no. Instead, they told me tough and I could buy another one, if I need to. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time...
