We're a fan of deep dish so my review will be necessarily slanted. That said, the regular crust would have only gotten a single star more.
The primary issue is that the deep dish is regularly burnt, creating bitter cheese (see picture) and is pretty inconsistent with the crust crunchyness and the cheese level. Sometimes it's soggy and sometimes it's a breadbow. I tried to return a particularly burnt one, and they gave me such a hard time that I have given up.
Two of the reasons why deep dish pizza comes with the sauce on top is to prevent the cheese from burning during the longer cook time and to prevent the sauce from making the thicker crust soggy.
Interestingly, on their website the sauce is on top and it's correctly proportioned. Unfortunately that does not happen on the real pizza.

Read moreI really like their pizza. It's made fresh, like pizza should be. They spin out the dough, put it on the pan, add your choice of sauces and fresh topping along with real cheese, and throw it in the oven. Careful tending ensures it doesn't burn. And, it's served nice and hot.
My personal favorite is a sausage, mushroom, garlic, and xtra cheese. My youngest likes to mix the sauces and toppings up a bit for unusual combinations. They have a TV for sports so you can eat in or carry out. Small dining...
