What a DISASTER! The parking lot looked deserted and the lights were dim so I drove around to see if they were closed due to short staffing. They were open. I went inside and there were 5 employees all standing in the front of the store. Not doing anything particular. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged besides a stare. The stares felt more like "what are you doing here" than "what does this customer want". I ignored this. No one was standing ready to take an order on the Baskin Robin's side so I went to the Dunkin register to order a Cappacino Blast. The older woman said she can't take my order so I must go to the Baskin side. I walked 3 ft over to the Baskin side where 2 young men stood looking baffled at. They looked at each other like "do you want to take this?". Finally one decided to ask me what I wanted. I repeated my order. The young man said "Oh...uhmmm...we don't have the stuff for it". I'm not sure why this place didn't have coffee or icecream to make this but 5 ppl in a room couldn't figure out good customer service . This was the dumbest restaurant experience I've had. Read moreI visit this location all the time since it is right down the street from my job. And the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of one of the gentleman that works there that really goes the extra mile when I come in. His name is Will. When I first started coming there back to back, he suggested sell. He told me instead of getting the smallest container of ice cream, why not get a quart size since I love the ice cream so much. I thought that was really nice of him because, I knew nothing about the store being able to make up fresh quarts. I thought you could only get pre made quarts. Well, once he informed me of that info, I've been getting quarts ever since.

Read moreGuy that worked there was extremely rude. Waited for over five minutes at the drive thru speaker. I said hello numerous times and no response. Other cars before me pulled off and so i thought that maybe they were having tech issues and so people were just ordering at the window. I pulled forward and mention that to the gentleman who then repeats what I said over the speaker and said he was the only one there and that I would have to go around and wait and place my order at the beginning of the drive thru.
