Sad that I have to write this review but I’m all about customer service. I came excited to pick up my HP ornaments that I submitted to my online wish list. Not only was she not able to find my account using my last name and my spouse’s, but one of the ornaments was sold out already. When she looked up the account online using our phone number, she said she saw the order but she looked pretty confused about it and didn’t know what to say. Seems like someone messed that up. It just doesn’t make sense to me to submit a wish list and not have the ornament available. The ornament just came out a day before. Then she tried to say that they only had limited inventory and it was first come, first serve. I’ve done this before at different locations and never had an issue. The ornaments are always put the side. I decided to try this shop because it’s close to my job. I have respect for my elders and I wasn’t going to be going back and forth with this woman but I was clearly not happy and said I would just order it online. I ended up getting the one ornament that they did have since I was already there, and she couldn’t even give us our free tote bag that we should have received for submitting our wish list before the deadline. Is that first come first serve as well?? Because I saw they had tons. I didn’t bother saying anything anymore but this will be the last time I come to this location. This company makes billions. Google search told me this establishment had post cards, I was close and off I went. Quite a few elderly women in premises mostly customers, one or two others working retail. Clerk asked if she could help me, “I was told that you have post cards here?” Says I. Says she, “ We have some generic ones.” Me: “That’s fine, I’d like to have a look.” Says she, as she begins to help another customer, “I’d have to dig them out” Clearly, not wanting to. Unwilling to spend my money where it’s not wanted, left the store, never to return. This is a great store. I go a couple times around Halloween and Christmas for ornaments and Peanuts decor. I probably only stop in once or twice outside that. The store is always clean and well-organized. I've never seen an ornament in the wrong place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Selection is great. The prices can be a bit high, especially for ornaments but that keeps me from buying more than 2 ornaments and 2 decor pieces per year. Pricing is what brings it down to 4/5 but that's all...
