âââââ 5/5 Stars
If youâre craving a high-quality burger experience, Five Guys in Orland Park is the place to go! It may be considered âfast food,â but letâs be realâthe taste is on a whole different level.
Food & Must-Try Items: ⢠The burgers are fantasticâI always get the mini cheeseburger, and it never disappoints. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. ⢠The Cajun fries are top-tierâseasoned to perfection and packed with flavor. ⢠My daughter loves their hot dogs, and I have to say, theyâre a solid choice. ⢠The strawberry milkshake? A MUST. Itâs thick, creamy, and the perfect sweet treat to top off the meal. ⢠Free peanuts? Yes, please! Roasted, lightly salted, and such a fun little snack while you wait.
Customer Service & Atmosphere: ⢠The staff is politeânot overly friendly, but never rude. They get the job done efficiently. ⢠Clean and well-maintained space. You donât feel like youâre eating in a typical fast-food joint. ⢠Restrooms are available and clean.
Pricing & Value:
Letâs be honestâitâs not cheap. With how expensive everything is these days, Five Guys will cost you a pretty penny compared to other fast-food spots. But the quality justifies the price. Youâre paying for fresh ingredients, made-to-order meals, and a way better experience than a typical fast-food chain (cough McDonaldâs cough).
Convenience & Location: ⢠Plenty of parking, so no stress about finding a spot. ⢠They have high chairs, which is great for families. ⢠Soft drink options are available. ⢠After your meal, you can easily swing by Target since itâs right nearby!
Final Verdict:
If you want delicious, high-quality burgers and fries, Five Guys in Orland Park is worth the splurge. Highly recommend the Cajun fries and strawberry milkshake.
Would I come back?...
Read moreI donât k ow how the food would have been. There was cross contamination. I have a gluten allergy. The one by my house is stellar and I love the So of course I thought the same care would apply. How wrong I was. I came here thinking it would be great it was the day of my nieces wedding and I needed food. Past experience made me think it would be safe. There is no dedicated are to prepare the food for someone with an allergy. (By my house there is a small space for this away from where all other foods are out together.) the counter wasnât even wiped down for my food. Gloves were barely changed. The Sam spatula used to put a hotdog on a bun (yes it touched the bread) was used for my burger bowl. This right here can make me severely ill and or kill someone else. I asked about it and was given the shoulder shrug and yes answer. I asked for a refund. I canât eat this and was terrified to even think about the fries. I was told they only have one spatula. Heaven forbid it falls on the floor. My total was $22.73 for a cheeseburger bowl and small fry. My refund $18.94!?! So not only did I not get to eat o was literally ripped off $3.79. Sadly I had to get back to the wedding so it was not realized until my husband asked me about it. I will never go here again. Terrible service and they stole my...

I sat outside for a few minutes, looking for my mask, and I confused why I was on hold when there was NO GUESTS in the building. There were 3 male workers and no one was working. When I asked the cashier why I was still on hold, he just looked at his manager and laughed. His manager said that they were "busy" but the location was completely EMPTY. The manager, who is supposedly named John, was lying right to my face. Then, John rudely asked if I was going to order food or just stand there. I was shocked that he was manager, because he did not seem to care about my business or the FIVE GUYS brand. I told him that I did not trust him to make my order and to not mess with my food. Thus, I told him that I was leaving and he said that was fine with him. Again, his comments said volumes about his disregard for his job, the owner, or the Five Guys brand. In short, there are plenty of great places to eat in Orland Park. There is no reason to patronize this location and its unreliable...
