I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback based on my recent visits to your facility, as I believe addressing certain areas could enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Firstly, I want to commend the setup of the games and activities. The children had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves on both occasions. The variety and quality of the games are impressive and much appreciated.

However, I noticed some areas where there might be opportunities for improvement, particularly concerning customer service. During our first visit for my child's birthday, I felt the communication style could be more engaging. It sometimes felt as though we were being talked at rather than to, which can be a bit off-putting. I understand that everyone has off days, so I gave the benefit of the doubt at the time.

During our second visit, for my child's friend's birthday, I observed similar interactions. Enhancing the warmth and friendliness of customer interactions could significantly improve the experience for both parents and children. Creating a welcoming atmosphere helps guests feel more comfortable and valued.

Additionally, I noticed that the plastic tablecloths are not changed after each party. Given that cleanliness is especially important when hosting children, regularly replacing these tablecloths could address any sanitary concerns. Considering their cost, it seems a small but impactful step to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

I hope this feedback is helpful and viewed as an opportunity to enhance the wonderful setup you have. Your facility has great potential, and these improvements could make it an even more enjoyable place...

Not sure how this place is highly reviewed because some of my party guests did not have a pleasant experience. The place is great, but the owner LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially in a busines that's attractive to children. It doesn't matter how great the games are; the experience is ruined when there is no customer service. My husband and I paid a pretty penny, but the owner was not kind. When he was explaining the rules to the children, he said "I need you to stop talking and listen to me" and then when he finished his explanation, there was no "ok, have fun" or "enjoy", he just turned his back and walked out of the room, and we were wondering if he was finished or not, until we realized he was. It also did not feel good to have 2 children complain of him aggressively handling them when he was "helping" them on a game, and I had to apologize to their parents. When my husband asked him about it, there was no accountability, no apologies, just defensiveness. He also reminded my husband about the "weight requirements" and if something were to be damaged, we would be responsible, hinting that one of our party guests were too big for his equipment. We tried to follow all of the rules, did not exceed the number of children we paid for, and cleaned up afterwards, despite the subpar service. Honestly, the owner would be better off in a business that doesn't involve children, and I am choosing to never support this...

Awful experience. The owner was very rude did not greet us at the door. My friends and I were not aware of a weight limit for the use of the machines. A weight limit is NOT listed on the website so we were unaware. The owner proceeded to pull out a scale to weigh us to make sure we were under the weight limit after we had already told him we were under the weight limit. He did not believe us and proceeded to throw a scale at us. This is awful customer service and disgusting. The weight limit by the way is 220 lbs or less to play on any of the machines so not very accommodating at all. Again the owner was very rude about it and was not helpful at all. I WOULD NEVER come here ever again. This is not a place to come unless you want to be weighed at the door. This can be very hurtful to others that are struggling with mental health and/or eating disorders or anything of that nature. The owner was very fat phobic and judged us based on our appearance and just assumed we were too big to ride the machines. The owner was very unapologetic and lacked basic human decency. DO NOT GO HERE. I would rather go to sandbox VR...
