DONT GO HERE!!, I ordered the jalapeño wrap in the number five sandwich for delivery and when I received it it was soggy. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she refused to give me my refund. Please do not go here unless you want a soggy old stepped on sandwich.This place sucks and is very dirty and the customer service is absolutely terrible. This place seriously needs to close down because they have messed up my order multiple times and I have always received a soggy old looking sandwich and has been rude to other customers in front of me when I was in line. They are very disrespectful and one of the employees that worked there was swearing at a customer because a customer got upset about an order instead of going about it a different way. It was also another incident where a customer was upset about their sandwich and asked for them to remake it three times and when the employee was done making the sandwich a third time he threw it at the customer. I get back to my place of employment, and one of the sandwiches was not in the bag.
I called them and told them that they made a mistake. The guy asked me if I had my receipt to prove I actually bought the sandwich. Then when I asked them to deliver it, he told me he would have to charge me for delivery.
They made the mistake, ask me to prove that they made a mistake, and then have the audacity to tell me that they will charge me to correct their mistake.
I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to pick up the sandwich, and my co-worker was in tears over not getting her sandwich in time for her lunch break.
Shame on you Jimmy Johns for making a little girl cry. You'll never get to $15 an hour by treating people that way.

This would normally not bother me, but since Jimmy John’s advertises super quick service, I was disappointed with how long it took for someone to come help me. When the worker came out, she did not apologize for the wait or ask me how long I had been waiting for. Another worker then came out from the back and told the girl helping me that she was leaving (I’m assuming it was the end of her shift) but they could “finish their conversation later”. Which tells me they were standing in the back talking. I did not find it professional that one of the workers referenced a personal conversation in front of me.
