This was by far my worst experience at any Casa Margarita. Today was my daughter birthday which made it even worse. We were a party of four they sat us a table gave us a huge bowl of tortilla chips and a small soufflé cup of salsa for four people. We ordered appetizers the guacamole was delicious. The quesadillas for the price was very small. Everyone placed there orders we never seen our server again. Here is where it took a wrong turn. The server never gave us any water to drink. We ordered drinks and a few minutes later our food came. Once again our server is never to be found until we see a bus person walking pass. I always had to have someone find my server. Why are you standing around at the front of the restaurant when you have tables that you’re waiting on. I had to ask for napkins I had to send my food back because I asked for corn shells but was given-flour shells. They took the meat off my old tacos and put it back onto my fresh shells. They tried to put more condiments on the meat as if it was fresh tacos. I was able to taste and see the sauce on my tacos. I asked the waiter why did they give me the old meat from my tacos why was they made fresh. The waiter asked me if I wanted something else I told him no because they have already ruined my experience. My daughter asked for salsa verda but instead was given a bottle of habanero sauce. Her is on fire now thank God she was allergic to habanero peppers. We had to get more plates and utensils of another table just to eat our appetizers. The entire dine in experience at this Casa was the worst. My server never introduced himself. I only found out his name from my receipt his name is Antonio/130 I was seated at table 24.1 @7:51p.m on 4/28/22. I felt cheated because my server gave the worst possible service he could give than to only to see there is a 18%gratuity included in my bill. If it was left up to me I wouldn’t have give Mr. M.I.A Antonio a dime because his service suck because he was missing in action during my entire dining experience. He never asked how was the food did we need anything. This is my first and last time at this...

I experienced the worst service in my life . Nobody and I mean nobody should be a patron of Casa Margaritas in Orland Park . My friends Quiana and Duke along with my sister Aleah . Our server didn’t even offer us any water or greet us. We noticed that their was a lack of communication with our server and us. It took our waiter 20 mins to greet us at the table . Once she came to the table she had an attitude and judging from her body language she did not want to serve us . She took our order and which is took over 30 mins just for us to served cold food . She also messed up our order. Once she realized that she took the plates back with an attitude and came back like 10 minutes later . Anytime we asked the waiter for something she would roll her eyes and sigh as if we were bothering her. At that point we asked our server for a manger because clearly something was going on. She said okay I will get the manger. Furthermore , another server came to our table to tell us that the manager was busy and she will be with us shortly . It seemed like both the severs were trying to avoid getting management. Once the manager, Maria Lopez came to our table her body language said it all . It’s like she was in combat mode. She asked my friend why didn’t he like his food and he explained that it wasn’t good and he will like the food removed from the bill. Once my friend said that she went on and on about how her kitchen staff was the best and that the restaurant makes the best drinks . The manager snatched the hot plate from my friend. She was not accommodating at at all . Also the manager said they don’t offer water at the table . She made that comment after we told her our server never gave us water at the table . That was news to us all . Subsequently Orland Park police department was called we had to pay a $138.00. We paid for a bill which was basically for salsa and chips . I am disgusted . I am appalled. I do not and will not support this business ever again .

Please share this status if you don’t do...

Based on other reviews I believe this seems to be a recurring issue. I went here to celebrate with my Mother and thought it would be nice, WRONG! Upon arriving we were seated at a table that was still wet, I had to grab napkins from the bar and dry it myself. Additionally the place was way too hot but the real problem here is the wait time and non-attentiveness of the staff. We probably waited 20 minutes for our food which is not too terrible, but upon finishing we did not receive our check for another 20 minutes, then after that we waited another 40 minutes for our card to be collected. At this point I had been there for about 1.5 hours, my Mom had to go outside due to the heat, and I had enough so I went out to find her waiting in my car. Upon getting in the car SURPRISE the waitress was there within seconds knocking on the window! I admit I should have told some staff member (no one was to be found though unless I went to the manager's office) but where were you when I was waiting or looking for you? Then the cops showed up and we were treated like criminals. The cops did take our side though and said this happens all the time at this establishment. I was escorted back in, the manager basically said I was a liar and was not professional at all, and the cop had to scold the establishment while I waited outside. The establishment is wasting Orland's resources (the cops), wasting customer's time, and ultimately giving a non-satisfactory experience. They ruined our celebration and made us pay for a...

Solid Mexican restaurant across from the mall. It's ok. The food isn't really the high point @ this place. It's the drinks. Started off with chips and salsa. Chips were great but that salsa, if it be in house made or from a jar, it needs to be tweaked. They have a margarita that's called the Cadillac and it comes with an extra shot of tequila on the side. The tacos were meh. Nothing special. I ordered the combo fajita dinner which came with steak, chicken and shrimp. Not very flavorful. Meats, Peppers and onions were fresh but it was super super greasy. I feel the grease may have drowned out the flavors it should have been giving. Comes with rice, beans and condiments. The rice side had hard pieces in it which means the pre-prepared side had been setting in a warmer for a minute or two too long. Beans were alright. Food here is just ok. Prices were on par for the portion size. I just wish things were tastier. The wait staff are fantastic. Our waiter, an older gentleman, made sure our glasses stayed filled with water and beverages and he was nice enough to take our multiple forms of payment since we had a large party. They have signs posted saying they don't split checks but I felt it was cool of them to accommodate us. The washrooms were clean. Ambiance has a deep rooted fiesta feel. They sing happy bday for u and let u wear a sombrero (but u have to give the sombrero back). Overall, It's a decent establishment.

Went here against what I was told by someone else just because we were right there. The food was ok, but the place is old, worn down, and the service was a joke. After being sat in a booth which had the cushion held together with duct tape, you sunk so far into the seat that you are basically sitting on the structural wood. We were sitting for a good 10-15 minutes while servers and other employees were having casual conversations. The place was nearly empty. There is no pricing listed on the drink menu. While ordering a margarita my wife was told there were two different sizes, regular or large. She went with the smaller one, when we got the receipt it says jumbo. Then seemingly bewildered the waitress tells us there is only one size and a pitcher. The one size was nearly $20 for a relatively small margarita. It definitely seemed like they were trying to fluff the bill. Which seems very convenient since they add a MANDATORY 18% tip to any dine in customer. While leaving I used the restroom and while washing my hands glanced up to see this fried outlet with a failed GFCI. Long story short, you're in Orland, I'm sure there are better options.

After work we decided to try for the first time Casa Margarita we went on a Friday after 5pm without reservations and they just sat us down right away. The restaurant is clean and spacious even has a little slot machine section. We got the margarita flight which all the flavors were good (prices of drinks are not displayed in their menu). The food came out really fast not even 15 minutes after we placed the order. Portions sizes are big!!! The only thing I thought it was weird is that it’s a Mexican restaurant and they have only bottled salsa if not the food would’ve been better. 18% Gratuity is included regardless of the size of your party I don’t think that should be a thing when our server only came up to us once the food was ready to served.
