Jamba — Restaurant in Orland Township

I hope corporate will see my complain, me and my 4 other friends drove 30 min to the jumbo juice and it took us 10 min looking for the store cuz it’s hidden in the plaza, we got their today at 8:00pm sharp by the door and they little kids who are running the place told us sorry we are closed and we told them what we had to go thru and I walked in didn’t even listen to them and the other African American girl told her co worker not to let us in and in Avery rude way, so I still instead telling her that we drove half hour and I didn’t even started cleaning or even cleared the register yet so I still can take are order, I guess she started making the order in a very nasty way rushing and slamming things around, the idea is very good the juice is great but letting kids running the store will turn the customers away, I think every corporate store should send secret shoppers to see how their employees treating...

Couldn’t get a carrot/orange juice because the machine was ‘being cleaned.’ As a former Jamba employee, this is completely unacceptable especially since the store was still open for another hour. I might have been able to understand if it was a half hour before closing, but the machines should not be broken down when there is still an hour until closing. Shame on you, Orland Park Jamba. I don’t make a big deal about things like this, but I’m thinking about complaining to corporate simply based on principle. If there weren’t so few Jambas left, you would have lost a loyal customer tonight. I hope my point was made clear when I did not leave a tip (which I have never done…until tonight). Just...

I love the smoothies that they make here and I never go with out my power bowl every morning here but today's service was terrible, I order two power bowls and Mike the cashier decided to not tell me that they were out of bananas and prepared the bowls anyways with out asking me if I wanted to change my order, I know is a simple human mistake, but that's how bad business starts, I would me very upset if I go to get an oil change but I'll get a brake job instead.
