Great place! Mexican born and raised here, and back home I used to eat tacos de milanesa at the tianguis which here in the US are almost impossible to find. I was happy to see them in their menu which made me come here, they were delicious and HUGE. They come on a double tortilla so you’d be eating 6 tortillas, I ended up eating only 2 just to be able to eat more meat and rice, seriously the portions are so big. Same for the carne asada platter. Read moreWhile I wish this place was the best kept secret in town, it's not because everyone local knows about it. The steak is as authentic as you're going to find locally but completely holds its own against authentic restaurants in the city. They even run out of steak sometimes because people buy it like water. I personally order the same thing every time steak, eggs and beans. It's affordable and so delish. There's also kids burrito meal and a mountain of other options.
You order and pay up front then dine in just fyi. Tip your server though because they still bring your food and clean up your mess.
