We came here a few days ago on a Friday night and made a last-minute reservation. To my surprise they were able to accommodate us right away. I’m pretty sure they newly renovated some of the space, and it looks great. Everything looked very clean. Our hibachi chef was so fun and pleasant, he made it an enjoyable experience for everyone on the table. Half of our group had never had hibachi before, and he made a very good first impression. The mushroom soup was delicious and the ginger salad is a staple. I wish they had different water cups, for some reason they felt dirty to everyone on the table. The meats, shrimp and chicken we’re all delicious. The noodles are addicting and the fried rice was perfect. Excellent service, would definitely return!

I've always enjoyed the food here. I feel like the filet mingnon is always a quality cut of meat, the vegetables are always full, crisp and flavorful and the the shrimp aren't those shrimp that shrink up in most shrim fried rice combo deals lol. The portions served here are very plentiful also. The service here isn't horrible but could be better. Often times the waiter takes drink orders then has to ask you to repeat yourself because she was going around the table taking other drink orders and collecting menus. Also be aware of the 18% included restaurant fee.

Food was great but I would say it’s overpriced. We got soft shell crab for appetizer and I love the soft shell crab! My husband ordered fillet mignon and shrimp hibachi and I got steak and squid hibachi. The meat was cooked well and was very tender. My squid (they called it calamari) was cooked great as well. Our teppanyaki chef was very skilled and entertaining. Kudos to him he is excellent! The atmosphere was ok. Dim lights sets the mood but the surrounding was too noisy that we cant barely hear our server asking questions.

Absolutely horrible experience, will not be returning. Had a party of 10 and 8 arrived on time, others were out parking the car. (Had elderly people in our party and did not want to make them walk). Refused to seat us until our whole party was there, and gave up our reservation. In the 3 minutes it took me to park the car, they gave up the reservation and made us wait over 40 minutes. Once taken to our seats, one host approached us and another approached another party. Tried to squeeze us all on one grill, and 2 of our party members were unable to even see the grill. You don’t pay hibachi prices to look at the food cart the entire time, nor be given poor portion sizes because the cook couldn’t portion out the food right.

Food is cooked with an exorbitant amount of butter and salt. (Like really) Butter is added to everything and trumps the taste of everything else. It legit made me sick. After the meal and the following days my chest hurt and my stomach was in shambles. I am not a health freak by any means, but no one in their right mind should consume the amount of butter they cooked with.

Btw, this isn’t a hibachi grill. It’s a Japanese restaurant. Fried rice is a surcharge (yet I have never experienced that in the 50+ hibachi grills I’ve been to). Water tasted like it was strait from the toilet and staff was rude, dismissive, and did EVERYTHING to get you out of the restaurant as soon as possible.

Despite everything, a 18% mandatory surcharge is added to every tab. For a group of 2 or a group of 10. They mine as well just increase all the prices by that amount to be more clear about their pricing. This is stated nowhere in the restaurant nor the menu.

I highly suggest everyone avoid this establishment at all cost, and eat at another hibachi grill. I am not out to slander any business or do anything of that sorts, but this place is truly horrible. I’ll personally pay for people to avoid/boycott this restaurant until they openly admit to the poor practices and make the...

I've always had a good experience and referred my clients here for lunch or dinner however this experience was absolutely terrible. We sat with nice family; one person had a food allergy. I asked for shrimp fried rice with my hibachi. The cook stated after giving me plain fried rice that he would have to cook my shrimp afterward. I stated to him not to worry about it, I would just eat the fried rice and asked that I be charged accordingly. I ordered shrimp and lobster hibachi. My child had lobster and steak. I don't think the other family ordered shrimp as part of their dinner. The cook prepared the shrimp and lobster, then starting passing out the shrimp to everyone execpt the individual with a food allergy. He lays 3 pieces of shrimp on top of my plain fried rice bowl, which was pretty much empty at this point. I reiterated to waitstaff that I did not want to be charged for shrimp fried rice when I was served plain fried rice. She speaks with the cook saying "well he gave you the shrimp and there was a person with a food allergy." I told her I understood, but when they prepare the shrimp fried rice the shrimp is cooked with the rice, not layed on top of a half eaten bowl. After going back and forth with her, she asked me to put the 3 pieces of the cooked shrimp in another bowl. I obliged and asked what she was going to do with it. She said she was throwing it away. I told her that was very petty and ridiculous. At that point, I asked for to-go containers. I lost my appetite. I asked to speak to a manager, but the young gentleman said there was no manager. I asked for the manager's name, he said it was Harrry. It's unfortunate that this was not a repeat of a good experience. However, I pay too much money to deal with ridiculous and unbelievable staff. I can spend my...

I’ll be direct because I don’t know how much space I have—- unfortunately I nor my family will be returning to this restaurant—— I will NOT be recommending to my business associates this restaurant for entertaining clients——my children’s birthday was ruined by the experience as well—— the waitress was annoyed by my questions——-I did inform her that it was my first time dining at the restaurant and to be patient with me and my family——that didn’t matter her tone of voice the eye rolling were noticed not just by me but by other members sitting at the same table as my family ——I was going to ask that we be moved but the food order came to the table as I was expressing my complaint to the person in charge

What really gets me is that after the horrible treatment we received from the waitress the management in charge offered to speak with the waitress but did not offer any compensation from my bill. Our drinks were not taken off-I was not even offered 10 or 20% off the check——I wasn’t even offered an appetizer of choice for my trouble——absolutely nothing ——-and this was a celebration for my children who had turned 16! What a way to remember your 16th birthday.

Also the prices are too high it’s better to go...
