I had never been to an all you can eat sushi place but two of my besties are frequenters at this establishment so they gave me and the other besties a rundown of how these places go. The sheet you fill out to let them know which and how many rolls you want is such a clever idea! It made ordering so much easier! We were all super hungry walking into this meal (it was a 20 minute wait - on. Wednesday night too). Once we filled out our sheets, the waiter was pretty quick in picking them up and getting the other orders (two besties who didn't want to do the all you can eat). They have so many sushi roll options so there's really an option for anyone. My other besties got 3-4 rolls but I went for 5 cause I was extra hungry and I was visiting from out of state so who knows when I'd get the chance to visit this place again. I don't fancy spicy flavors so I got a lot of the rolls without the hot pepper next to them on the menu. I also got a nigiri roll (the skinned tofu one) and it was simple, but really flavorful. I can't remember which rolls I got exactly but I attached a picture below. Everything was so good but then again I'm really easy to please so it's not hard to impress me. Me and some of the other besties got crab rangoons for appetizers and they were simply immaculate as well. The sauce that came with them was also really tasty (and had a little kick to it). All I can say is if this place is like most other all you can eat sushi places, I will be continuing to go to these types of places once I head back home to Arizona. :)

Hands-down best AYCE sushi I've experienced in Chicagoland. Staff is always friendly, restrooms are always clean... but that AYCE is the meat and potatoes. They have a wide selection on their menu, but the cream on top is that the workers (typically) know how to make the nigiri and rolls. Outside of restaurants that have more of a reputation for higher-end sushi, I only go for AYCE when eating sushi. All the other AYCE places I've eaten at either put too much rice (here's looking at you Sushi Naper), or the quality of the fish they use is sub-par to only passing. Sushi Nova strikes the best balance with theirs. When I'm tired of trying new AYCE or want to get great AYCE, I go here! They also have mochi ice cream for their dessert, tho its limit to 1 per order. Also, the appetizers/soup/salad/rice section selections are great! If you got a friend who isn't big on sushi, the these sections will still deliver! The only gripe, if any, is that (depending on where you are seated) the space between tables is small inside since they try to fit alot of tables and the low lighting atmosphere could be better. Also, you can tell that people don't really ask for wine here because the bottles they keep in the wine rack have dust. ..but we're talking about AYCE sushi here, so if the place is clean and I can scoot myself at the table, 99% of the grade is on the food!

My recent experience at Sushi Nova in Orland Park was an absolute nightmare, rife with disorganization and a shocking disregard for customer service. Arriving at 6pm with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, we were told there would be a 15-30 minute wait for our table. After providing our contact information and receiving a confirmation text at 6:08pm, we patiently waited for our table. As the wait dragged on, our anticipation turned to frustration when we watched other parties who arrived well after us be seated ahead of us. When I voiced my concerns to the hostess after a party of five was seated at 6:45pm, she dismissed me, claiming they were merely adding a chair to an existing table of four. The situation worsened when, at 7:00pm, customers were seated at a table next to a vacant one that could have easily been combined to accommodate our group of six. Upon pointing this out to the hostess, she looked dumbfounded and promised a table would be ready shortly. Alas, the table in question was already occupied by a party of four who had paid their bill and were idly scrolling through their phones, completely unaware of the chaos unfolding around them. Having now waited an hour and a half—far longer than the initial estimate—I pleaded with the hostess to consider our situation. Shockingly, another hostess intervened, stating that their policy forbids asking people to leave, even when they have already paid. This utter lack of logic left me stunned and questioning their disregard for potential business. Resigned to our fate, we continued waiting until 7:41pm, when we received a text alerting us that our table was finally ready. In a rushed and unapologetic manner, the hostess shouted our party's name and carelessly tossed menus onto a table, which we presumed was ours due to her hasty departure. Throughout this ordeal, not a single staff member showed concern or offered a sincere apology. By the time we finished our meal and left the restaurant at 9:22pm, the extent of the mismanagement and poor service became painfully clear. Our birthday celebration was ruined, and the staff never took responsibility for their errors or offered any compensation for our wasted time. Sushi Nova's chaotic table management and unapologetic customer service left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. Their refusal to prioritize our group's experience or recognize the severity of their shortcomings reveals a deep disregard for customer satisfaction. While their all-you-can-eat sushi menu may be tempting, I cannot recommend Sushi Nova in Orland Park as a place to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a meal with friends. Until they address their dismissive staff, inefficient policies, and lack of basic customer care, potential customers should look elsewhere for an enjoyable dining experience.

Came here after work with my friend as usual, and ordered 2 Godzilla rolls with sides. First of all the chicken nuggets were undercooked. Im not a complainer because i thought the sushi would make up for it BUT I WAS WRONG. After a couple sushis me and my friend noticed that it tasted mushy and cool on the inside. After looking inside i come to find out the meat is UNDERCOOKED! called the staff and the tall girl in the front tried justifying it by saying that sushi’s usually cooked on the outside not the inside. I told her I understand you guys are trying to close (20 minutes prior closing time) and she gave a blank face knowing deep down her/ her staff are in the wrong and then she tried brushing it off by telling me that I wouldn’t be charged for the sushi i didn't eat…. Not acknowledging that this could give us food poisoning, especially with undercooked seafood. Then she later on try to brush us off again by saying she can give us a discount and the best she could do is charges 60 for two Godzilla roles and the sides because in her words “we’re around closing time and you know how it is” also .. because that justifies giving out undercooked food right?

All you can eat for $29.99 per person. The waitress brings you an order card and you check the items you want. You can even write TWO for an entry. You don't leave food or you pay for it. Each entree is incredibly well prepared. This isn't buffet quality sushi, this is a credit to sushi chefs everywhere. The staff is incredible. Put your completed order form down, empty a plate, finish a drink and all are quietly / promptly whisked away. My companions apple sake was declared delicious (2X). The hot green tea was flavorful. I liked everything from the decor to the service to the food . For $29.99 it's a can't miss meal. If you haven't had sushi than this is the place. I've had sushi and this is the best I've tasted.
