Wendy's — Restaurant in Orland Township

The worst experience ever! I had only one car in front of me, it took them 20 minutes to take her order I can hear they lady In front of me getting frustrated and then when I pull to the window she was able to get her food in seconds, so I don't know what took them so damn long to get her order straight. Also after I paid for my meal I asked for an order of fries I felt like they lady wanted to kill me, she said but you already paid, I said I know I'm sorry I'll pay, and she gets so mad rolling her eyes yelling at me! She said do you know there is three cars behind you I sad I don't care do you know how long I waited in line for one car! And she started tossing things around, and she went to complain to the other three staff members just standing around doing absolutely nothing looking like they bored out of their minds. And came back to still continue and argue with me. She packed the fries in about 5 seconds and took about two minutes arguing with me telling me that there were cars behind me and I was holding up the line. Smh the worst peopl ever this lady should be fired! I'll never go to Wendy's again they should really train their employees on good customer service because I didn't even get a damn smile...

It was a good experience manager was cool staff was cool they had a customer in there that was nitpicking everything very frustrating because he was checking every single thing in the bag and then complaining about it sending it back I couldn't believe the patience that the manager took with dealing with this very obnoxious and rude individual I say obnoxious and rude because when he was done he was staring at my wife I had to step in between him and her so he would stop looking and give him a look the guy was also talking down and treating the staff extremely condescendingly. Again my hat goes off to the manager for dealing with this jerk of a customer. For Wendy's the food and atmosphere was Top Notch. I have a soft voice and often times I know it can be hard to hear me. I did my best to speak up when the man in the speaker started screaming at me that I was too quiet. Out of embarrassment I said my order was finished when I went to the window a woman came and said no words and looked at me with disgust. She handed out her hand for the card, I asked if everything was okay she continued to stare at me as if I was dirty. I was handed my food and card back and left. It was probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I’m not from the area but drive through here often. If you’re passing through just choose one of the other fast food places.
