The food excellent!!! Service extremely lacking in one server!!! He profiled the minute we came in, my 15 year old daughter and I. And then left us alone for 15 minutes. We ordered and didn't get our drinks until food came out and until we asked another wait staff (older female) for them. He was too busy on his phone watching videos. We ordered hummus and never received it. Never got pita for our clay pot. We finished our meal waited 30 minutes and it was her not him that asked if we needed to go boxes. He once again was on his phone. Then check out I never saw our bill. It was immediately on the tip screen so I'm not sure what we got charged or didn't get charged. I tipped bare minimum. She deserved his tip NOT him. When we left I asked the young lady to thank the older female for us for attending to us. She is the light at the restaurant. The other waiter I must say is not and definitely has a problem with females. I watched his interactions with his coworkers and he couldn't be bothered to help the women he worked with. If you're in customer service or food service and you have can't help everyone or profile based on gender then you don't need to be in the food industry or...
Read moreAbsolutely fantastic flavors. One of the friendliest servers I've run across in my decades of culinary explorations. Great atmosphere and décor. Unconditional recommendation.
This was the culinary highlight of our meals this week, I wish I lived closer so I could explore the menu more thoroughly. I will certainly be revisiting this restaurant any time I'm nearby.
I'm from central Wisconsin and I'd consider driving 4+ hours just for a plate of their Cheese Samosa's. Divine cheese artistry! I suspect that an order of these and a bowl of lentil soup (judging from the other reviewers reactions, it's on my list of dishes to try) would be perfectly portioned for a quick lunch that didn't leave you feeling sluggish.
My wife had the lamb chops and I ordered the mixed grill and neither disappointed. 10 out of 10!
Side dish winners: Smoked Rice and Hummus were the stand outs, both of us enjoyed the Bulgar immensely and the the Fries valiantly held their own amidst the other bolder flavors.
We boxed up a modest portion of our food to save some room to try the Baklava Cheesecake. It may have been an unnecessary indulgence, but one I...
Read moreI ordered the Kefta Kebab, a wonderfully seasoned blend of beef and lamb. My sides included the best hummus I’ve had to date and smoked rice (delicious!). If you’re a true coffee lover, they serve the best. I came with a guest, and the restaurant was empty—no other customers were present. There was a slight language barrier, but the server was attentive, and we communicated well. He was cordial, friendly, and welcoming.
The atmosphere is earthy, with bright colors that are vibrant but not overwhelming. The restaurant smelled, looked, and felt clean and well-maintained. For those unfamiliar with Mediterranean cuisine, the flavors may take some getting used to, but I found everything I ate to be seasoned to perfection.
They offer a buffet after 4 pm, which I’m eager to try. The menu is varied, and I think the buffet will give you the chance to experience everything they have to offer. Had it not been for the slight language barrier, I would have given a perfect 5-star rating. I also think a warm greeting upon entering would enhance the experience. As it stands, I’m...
