I wanted to purchase a shadow box since they were on sale. When I got to the register I realized that it was broken. I asked the manager up front with long blond hair if they had anymore because this was the only one that was on the shelf. She told me no they donāt have any more in the back and to check back next week. I came back next week and talked to the same manager and she said if there werenāt any over there that they didnāt get anymore in this week and to check again the following week. I then came back again the following week and found one on the shelf however they were no longer on sale. I ask the girl in the back about it and she said to talk to the manager up front because she would be able to give me the sale price. I went up front and it just so happened to be the same exact manager that I had been talking to over the past few weeks. I told her that they finally received more in stock and that I was able to find one. I told her that they are no longer on sale now though. Her reply was that I should have gotten a rain check when they were on sale. She said there is no way for her to put a discount in the register. Not once did she ever offer me a rain check during the previous weeks that I was in. She knew that I had been returning to their store waiting for this item to restock for a couple weeks. I want to take a moment to commend the Tinley Park location, which has been my favorite store for over a decade. I exclusively shop here because of the consistently excellent experience I receive every time I walk through the doors.
The entire store is always immaculateāclean, well-organized, and filled with a wide variety of quality merchandise. The managers, staff, and even the fellow customers contribute to a truly welcoming and respectful environment. The manager in particular leads with kindness and professionalism, and itās clear that both staff and customers appreciate that leadership.
I want to give special recognition to Brooke and Jamie in the custom framing department. Iāve worked with both on various special projects, and they are truly the best. Most recently, I came in around 7:15 PM to work on a custom project with Jamie for my daughterās upcoming graduation. The project ended up taking longer than expected, extending past closing time, but Jamie was absolutely exceptional throughout.
She remained patient, kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She never rushed the process and made sure every detail was correct. Her dedication to providing excellent service is rare and greatly appreciated.
In a time when great customer service is increasingly uncommon, this location stands out as an example of how it should be done. I am grateful for the positive experiences Iāve consistently had here, and I wish the entire team continued success both personally and professionally.

I tried to return something, and I did not have the receipt. I told the lady where I bought it and I did not have my receipt, she called her manager over 4x until she finally came over. The cashier asked me for my card and my receipt, I told her again I do not have it and she starts arguing with me.... after I was honest and being nice. She looks up my purchases on my card but cannot find it....I tell her ok no problem can I just get store credit. Iām really just looking to not have to bring my item back home.
