The Rueben was soggy and the bread was nasty but the beef n cheddars were great unfortunately they also forgot my fries but I checked before I left so it's alright but also the soda needed to changed because it tasted like carbonated water. I don't have many choices for arbys so I will keep coming but I just hope they can do a little better.

This place is disgusting and run down. The lobby floors are completely filthy and your shoes stick to the carpets. There is no A/C, windows are bust out and boarded up, walls look like someone had a blast putting holes in them, they need some serious work as well...

its a good place to eat, if you just need food. but this one employee, Indyia, I think, was so nice, and she asked all the right questions to get out order right and made sure that we were happy with our food. I won't always go there for food, but it was good.

Didn't go in. It was before lunchtime,12 noon. Between 10:30 and 11:30. ONE car parked in the parking lot and ZERO cars in the drive through. Put my order in at menu board and pulled around. Cashier asked me to pull around and she would bring my food when it was done. I was the only car in the drive through and only one car parked in the parking lot. I still had to wait for my food and when cashier brought it out it didn't have one single napkin or any kind of sauce why so ever. Again, I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN SIDE AND OUT THEY HAD AT THE TIME AND I STILL HAD TO PULL AROUND AND WAIT FOR MY FOOD. No napkins, no Arby's sauce , NO SMILE. The food was hot. We ordered, got parked for 10 minutes. Who knows why because our food was all cold & the shake we had ordered was melted before we ever got the food. I called spoke to Ashley she said come back in & well remake the order, called beforehand to ask could I send my husband she said sure got his name said send him threw drive Thru & tell them u spoke to Ashley well replace that order sorry about that. Send my husband so I don't have to take the kids just for them to tell him he has to come in, then they ask him what was wrong with the order he says the food was cold. Horrible Food! I ordered a Turkey Club meal with a large drink and curley fry. The sandwich was terrible tasting and not put together correctly and the fry was cold, greasy and nothing but bits of what once was large fries. I had to take the sandwich back and get another and it was terrible tasting and incorrectly put together too. I couldn't eat either one of the sandwiches, because they were terrible tasting and not even put together right! If I had had the time and if it wasn't raining, I would have asked for my money back.
