Expect to spend close to 50 dollars just for a chicken if you want to be full. Of course you can walk away hungry but just spend less. You are not good enougb for this business unless you are elon musk. This is the sentiment that has been shared by many about this business but not yet talked about. I want to open that conversation again about the predatory business practice of this place
Yes! I admit i am too POOR for this business and since i dont have money i dont deserve this business. Simple economy and free market. Im not good enough for this business.
I am an average normal american who is struggling to get by. I brought my boyfriend to the place telling him its my treat only to realize i cannot afford the price they are asking for their chicken.
I know i know. This is america and we run on capitalism. I have no problem with that. But in this free market i can have my voice as a customer. And all im saying is with so much shame and hate for myself i cannot afford their chicken.
Im too poor for them. That is my complain. If you want to tell me you are poor so go eat walmart chicken, fine. Ok, ill do that. Fine i admit im a failiur and cannot afford bbq chicken fine. Im a financial losser. Ok. Fine. But i want to say i can not afford their chicken. I will walk away hungry even after i pay a fortune at this place.
I did not know i have to pay close to 50 dollars just to pay for a chicken. Me and my boyfriend are big eaters and we need to eat whole chicken to be full which means we will have to pay about 100 dollars just to feed 2 people.
Im sorry but i cannot afford a place and this is the place which made me feel like i dont even deserve to eat or too poor to eat a chicken.
I apologized to my boyfriend over and over again that i picked a wrong place. He wanted 16 pc bonless chicken which came close.to 40 dollars. I apologized to him and asked him if he can only get 8 pc bc i cannot afford it. He was shocked too after finding out the price and then smiled and paid for everything yet i was so humiliated since i asked him to come. I eventually paid and put it on my credit card.
You will say whats the deal but extra 100 on my credit card is a lot to me since im struggling. I wanted to impress someone i love on a budget and i picked the wrong spot.
It was my mistake. I did not know This place is only for rich people. The place was located where many affordable businesses are located not knowing that the price they are asking for is for upscale.
Like i said this is America but all im saying is that if you are poor and struggling to get by like me, this is not the place for you. Do not come here if you do not have money.
Maybe when i have my wedding and have a big budget ill come here but for now, i just cannot spend like 50 bucks on just a chicken.
I walked in hungry and walked out hungry. Thats what im gonna say about his place. Sure, if you have money you will walk out full. But if you are like me, just come here and eat some fries.
P.S.
Oh! you will see a reply to from the owner that they are so concerned and telling me to fill out a form online as if that will stop the predatory business practice they are performing.
Like I said, if you are rich, go there. If you are young, poor and broke, please go there to realize that you are not good enough to afford even just a...
Read moreThe restaurant is clean, and very "nice", but nothing OUTSTANDING, So it only got 4 stars...
Service: Well, the staff is extremely polite but I only gave them 3 stars because the food took FOREVER!!!! The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. on Sundays.. I was the very first person to order in the entire restaurant.. the person that took my order told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to get the food... 40 minutes later, I went up and inquired as to why it was taking so long for my food. When other people had already gotten theirs, And had come in easily 20 minutes after we placed our orders.. and I was told it takes longer to make the garlic honey wings than the other wings?! I have extreme difficulty believing that! SInce it looks to me like all the wings have the same breading and they're probably all cooked in the same deep fryer... just that a different sauce is put on them takes an additional 20 to 25 minutes??! It still took almost another 10 minutes before I got my food.. the only thing I can think of is that they don't bother turning on their fryers until the restaurant actually opens at 11:30 a.m. and that's what they should have told me, that it was going to take longer than normal because they just opened. WhenI inquired where my food was, and told that it takes longer to get the honey garlic wings.. I said, "So it takes longer than the 20 minutes that I was told when I ordered?! Then why tell me it takes 20 minutes??!!" And he just looked at me...
The only saving grace was that the breading and the sauce were very very good.. but the chicken itself inside the breading is nothing spectacular either.
I ordered 16 wings and when he rang up my order and told me it was $27, just for the wings (and that was before my drink)??! I couldn't believe it! That is really expensive for 16 wings, for one person.. I told him to put it down to eight wings instead, and then my bill was half the price.. yes, I realize that makes sense half the wings so half the price.. but come on... 27 BUCKS for 16 wings!! IN A FAST FOOD JOINT??
Unfortunately, I do not think that I will be going back again and giving them another try ... that was too "TRYING" for me! And so even though I didn't rate anything lower than 3 stars.... THE EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY AND SEVERELY DIMINISHED by the extensive wait time.... so the overall rating is...

Was excited to try the new chicken place that I kept driving by. I planned on getting a 16 piece and wanted to try ALL the sauces (eventually)! But I thought "asking for 4 flavors is probably too many, I'd be happy trying just 2 today." So I ordered 16 and asked "how many flavors could I get?" and the short hair manager (I think the manager, they were the only one wearing a zip up jacket) taking my order says "Just one." ... One? So I politely ask "Really? You can't just do 2?" And she still says no. They suggested I get my wings plain and I can get as many sauces on the side as I want for $1.25 each. I'm not the "pay extra for guac" kinda guy, so I switch my order to the 8 piece and just get one flavor. So I'm sitting there waiting for my order, and I start looking at prices: $14 for an 8 piece $27 for a 16 piece Plus $1.25 per side of sauce How come I can't get 2 flavors on a 16 count? Just sauce up like it's 2 separate 8 counts? And the price difference between the 2 is only $1. So that manager wanted me to pay $27 plus $2.50 for sauces. THAT'S $1.50 MORE EXPENSIVE THAN BUYING 2 ORDERS OF 8?!?!So I get my wings and they're small. Like, Really small. Just bigger than Checkers wings. AND THESE ARE SOME EXPENSIVE A** WINGS. With tax, it's nearly $1.90 a wing. Plus it asks for tip at checkout even though it's basically a Korean KFC (I still tipped though cuz we all struggling these days). So I'm pretty peeved at this point, but wanna know the worst part; they are really Really tasty!!! Like sooo freaking good. Crispy yet covered in sauce. I got the Gangnam wings and they slap. Has a nice sweet heat to it. That's the real shame, because I'm definitely not going back again. They are just too expensive and unforgiving with their customer service to justify going here over other wing joints. And EVERY other wing place gladly splits orders for different sauces. Every. Single. One. Maybe I'll stop in to buy 2 sauces and put if on my wings from the Chinese place across the block....
