Wow! where to begin with John?? This man right here is awesome. He was able to make a custom made piece engagement ring for my potentially future wife (i haven't asked her yet lol). Let's begin with i am out of state, so it made the experience especially nerve wracking. I had done months of previous research. Gone into countless stores, never being satisfied with what they had or the price they wanted to give me. Finally, I came upon john through a friend referring me to him, and although I was nervous, he went step by step with me. Updated me at every moment through the process taking my input, making sure & most importantly that I was happy. He was easily reachable through skype and facetime to take my questions.He was straight up about everything. No giving the run around. Just straight truth and to the point,and the final product looks absolutely beautiful ( photos to come after I ask haha). I met the HQ Family 5 years ago and became a member immediately. I inquired about an engagement ring for my girlfriend and they inspired a 5 year long conversation that ended up with me picking up an engagement ring just 4 days ago.

There was never any pressure and when I kept saying I didn’t know if I could afford it, they promised me that there would be no better deal on town. They were correct.

I finally pulled the trigger and there was no lack of communication and willingness to answer any and all questions. Every time I would call I was the most important person in the world at that moment.

Came to H&Q Jewelers to look for an engagement ring. Was immediately met by Huy and Emy with such a warm and enthusiastic welcoming. They congratulated me on my proposal and began asking what I was looking for. Knowing that the girlfriend loves butterflies and trees, as a symbol of growth. Huy started discussing the option of making a custom ring. I've never had anything custom jewelry wise so was unsure of the process. Over a 2 week period we discussed different designs and settled on the 3rd. He let me pick the diamond I wanted from his online selection which had extremely competitive prices. In all the process took about a month from design to production to setting. I picked up my ring and made the proposal in Colorado. The Fiance was more than taken back with the design.
