Milk District Tattoo Shop — Attraction in Orlando

If I could leave zero stars I would…

I was planning on taking my daughter to get a piercing at this shop, however once I called plans changed. At first I spoke to a nice lady who was doing her best to answer my questions, but then I was transferred to a man who had an attitude the entire time. He was non-stop interrupting me and clearly disrespecting me whenever I asked something, as well as repeating information that never answered my question. I was very excited to come to this location, however this just left a sour taste my mouth, especially since I never did anything to result in this behavior. Hopefully they do something to fix this person’s customer service and do better with the next client!

Edit since I can’t reply— We never asked to pierce without a notary, the first person i spoke to was very kind and let me know I could bring a mobile notary and I was ready to do so. Once I began speaking with the next person they were very disrespectful and just repeating over and over again about how I needed a notary even when I asked how to do the mobile notary. For the record I also said I could bring my ID, and wasn’t asking you to break the law for one customer. I was simply asking how a mobile notary could be done as i hadn’t heard of a mobile way before and my bank was closed that day so i could not do a physical one. This person spoke to me like they thought they were better than me and i was stupid even when i asked a simple question he never answered correctly. Not everyone was “more than kind”...

I was invited to the store to do a scratch off to see if I could get a discount-from their ig contest. The artist seemed friendly and professional so I drove almost 30min to do the scratch off/consultation. In there, the artist seemed nice, I was impressed that she had designs already started based on my idea....at that moment I thought I was sold. The parking was not the best but whatever, I was super excited to schedule a date for the tattoo, which was a big piece. I was talking to my husband on the drive back about which dates would work and anything I should add to it.....HOWEVER, a few hours after, I noticed she called me on instagram two times. I though that was odd so I called back thinking it was something to do with the tattoo...Turns out she called me to say her coworker had left a Nintendo switch at some table and kept asking me if I'd seen it. When I told her I didn't see anything she kept saying they looked everywhere and couldn't find it.....the audacity to acuse a client of stealing is like..wow. They're insane if they think I will ever get a tattoo there now after they tried to say I took that I'm guessing on my race or how I look? Because there was no base for this assumption at all. Never in my life have I stolen anything, it literally ruined my day for this person to call me trying to say that. I do hope you find it so you can feel...

I was in Orlando for just over 24 hours for a concert with my best friend, we decided to get matching tattoos and had done some research on shops around town and were pretty set on Milk District Tattoo. We called and had a wonderful discussion with the kindest woman and agreed they had time for walk ins later that day. When we arrived it turned out there was some miscommunication on timing but Aubrey was the sweetest and contacted another artist that was willing to come in early for us!!! Our artist was Athens and he went above and BEYOND for us. Everything about our session was comfortable, fun and painless. Athens truly made us feel like we were in complete control of our session and would not be a bother to be picky or need a break and frequently checked on us. By far the best tattoo experience I have ever had and this is my 10th tattoo. Thank you Athens and Aubrey!!!

The constellation tattoo is one that I’ve had for over 5 years and you can see in the first picture how bad it needed a touch up, Athens brought this tiny work of art back to life and I am so so thankful and happy with the outcome!
