After waiting in line for 35 minutes, they said they had system errors so couldn’t take payments in our line, and tried to redirect all 20 people in line to one window that already had another line. We asked if they could take our order at the current window and ring it up at the other window, they declined. A few minutes later they said they couldn’t take any more orders at all. They said they could not take cash. They declined to get anyone ice cream and told everyone to try again after 9pm. The better response in this situation would’ve been to give those who waited for 30-40 minutes a scoop of ice cream and to close the line. Second time having issues with my ice cream here. I have been here about 5 times since I live near by and tip every time, but it’s never quality service for tipping so don’t bother. It’s just ice cream and they do not know how to serve it. I ordered a double scoop ice cream cone with extra sprinkles and there was about 5 sprinkles on the top… like dude just turn the cone to the side and start throwing them sprinkles on there lol or role it in the dang sprinkles geez. Whoever the manager is, please coach your employee up on serving ice cream with sprinkles. The area around the ice cream place is really nice though. Chroma has great desserts!...

We stayed at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel over the weekend and were recommend to try this spot out for something sweet. It completely hit the spot and was so close to the hotel.

Staff were friendly along with it having such a cute vibe.

Would 100% order again both the flavors we tried which were the yippee skippee on the left with peanut butter, pretzels, salted caramel and on the right the zanzibar chocolate with three kinds of cocoa.
