I am beyond disgusted with the service I received at this Domino’s location (2823 S Orange Ave #110, Orlando, FL 32806) on February 22, 2025, between 11:30 PM and 11:50 PM. The employee Jeremey (if that’s even his real name, since he refused to provide any information) was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
Before even arriving at the store, I called to place an order, and Jeremey rudely and mockingly told me that he was not taking orders. When I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up in my face! That alone was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
When I arrived at the store, I found the lobby open (though the lights were off, making it look closed), and I saw another customer placing an order. However, despite this, Jeremey refused to take my order, claiming that the store wasn’t doing pickups and that the lobby was “closed to the public.” If that were true, why was another customer being served right in front of me? The blatant dishonesty and inconsistency were unacceptable.
When I asked to speak to the manager, Jeremey flat-out refused to provide a name or even acknowledge who was in charge. Instead, he rudely told me to leave the store, completely dismissing my concerns. As a loyal and frequent Domino’s customer, I have never been treated with such disrespect.
To make matters even worse, when I asked for the corporate number, Jeremey mocked me with sarcasm, telling me to “just call the store.” He then refused to give me the store’s phone number, forcing me to look it up myself. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone a national chain like Domino’s.
The worst part? When I refused to leave without getting a store chain number or the corporate number—which any employee should provide without hesitation—Jeremey threatened to call the police on me. And he actually did. I was treated like a criminal simply for expecting basic customer service. I felt accused and disrespected just for asking for information that should have been provided to me in the first place.
This experience was an absolute disgrace. If this is the type of customer service Domino’s allows, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Corporate needs to seriously reevaluate who they have representing their brand at this location because employees like Jeremey are...
Read moreStay away! Went in guy told me my order was cancelled bc I took too long to pick it up. I asked him why didn’t he call me? He came back with an attitude saying he don’t need to argue etc.. I was simply asking why he didn’t call since he had my number. If he would’ve called I could’ve let him know I was still on my way, not to cancel the order. It took me an hour to pick it up but sometimes that’s how long they take to deliver so what’s the big deal. I work in construction and there was a slight emergency. The worst part was that He was so rude about it! He even Refused to give me his name so I can call corporate, and said if I don’t leave he’d call the cops for disrupting his work place. He was the only one there. Sitting doing nothing. There were no orders coming in, it was super quiet. As a matter of fact when I pulled up I wasn’t even sure the place was open. Not sure what “work” I was disrupting by simply coming in to try to pick up an order I placed. He wouldn’t give his name but he was a chubby Caucasian guy with light brown eyes and the only guy working 10/3/21 at 1:00pm. I will be calling corporate bc This guy should be fired! Read moreSO I ordered last night, but my PIZZA AND WINGS CAME COLD‼️I was hoping to eat something at least.I tried to call last night, but no one answered. I called today and it took at least 6 calls for dominoes to answer. On the 6th call, a person answered the phone. He sounded very tired and bored of his job. Which I understand. We all get bored of our jobs. It gets tiring ,when working and you have a lot of customers. But I explained to him what happened. He said that he can only give me $10 in credit for a $36 dollar order.My order wasn’t made properly. But won’t give me a replacement pizza and wings??I didn’t want a refund but I just wanted better food. My food smelled weird, like a chemical smell, it wasn’t warm but cold. I’m not sure if someone was touching cleaning supplies, then touching the pizza. Didn’t taste good at all. I was very upset. I didn’t want to ruin his day but he could have made the situation better instead of sounding unsympathetic over the phone. Do better dominoes and you’ll get more customers.
