So I’ve never written a review for a fast food place before because I recognize that bad service and occasional mishaps are part of the American fast food culture. But... this place is beyond bad service and occasional mishaps and I really do believe it’s management’s fault. Every time you go there’s somebody different in charge and you can tell they’re just making stuff up as they go and don’t communicate it to other team leaders or those in management. I decided to try mobile order once and when I went they told me they were out of the sandwich I had ordered and gave me options with meat in them even though what I had ordered was meatless. I asked if I could just get a refund and they said no, they can fill out a paper slip with my order and my name and I can come back and get it for free along with an iced matcha latte. Sounds great, no problem (the guy helping me out was a mess though and got the rest of my order wrong that day while management was just rolling their eyes). A few weeks later I go to claim my free food and the manager on duty had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. They ended up giving me what I asked for for free but you can tell they thought I was just trying to get free stuff. Quite frustrating due to the fact that this was all the fault of their terrible management and lack of training of their staff (also how the hell can I order something on the app that they’re apparently out of). Then today I go and order a matcha latte and the girl repeats the order to me correctly, yet when I get to the window they’re about to hand me a coffee. She rushes to make my matcha latte and it tasted horrible. Absolutely no signs of matcha and it tasted like what I can only assume was expired almond milk (I didn’t even order it with almond milk because I know the one Dunkin’ uses is absolutely terrible). This is all just along with numerous negative experiences. Again, I recognize that this is a fast food place so our expectations are lowered but this is just unacceptable. So many people go to this Dunkin’ multiple times per week just to have their orders routinely messed up and when we bring it up to management we’re treated as if we just want free food. Read moreToday I ordered from my app at 8:43am and I specified to have the order picked up walk-in because the drive-thru is usually terribly busy. I ordered an iced coffee, 2 sandwiches, 1 juice bottle and a couple of hash browns. When I walked into the establishment, I stood for my order in the corner for around 3 minutes before someone finally acknowledged that I was there, to tell me that unfortunately they had ran out of English Muffins and Croissants and asked me if I wanted a bagel instead for the sandwiches. I agreed to the bagels and kept to a corner to wait for my order to be dispatched. At 9:06am (23minutes) later, I asked for a manager. Josiah, who claimed to be the Manager, approached me and apologized for the delay. I pointed out that orders that had come after mines had been already dispatched, but Josiah flat out lied to me and told me that no order had been dispatched after mines, when clearly, I was the only one waiting for his order and there where 7 other tickets around mines at the moment I arrived at the restaurant. At this moment, Josiah put on some gloves and started making my order. Almost 26 minutes after placing the order the Manager was now making my order. Finally, I saw a cockroach crossing on the floor from the food prepping station to the coffee station and I had enough. I walked out because I was running late to take my daughter to school, and I wanted to save some time in the morning hence my order today. Read moreFirst and foremost, I live in the neighborhood, therefore, I only shop at this D&D. While placing my order at drive-thru, store lead Zandalee was very rude and unprofessional. She rushed me while I was placing my order as if I was getting it for free. I told her that she was being rude and I left the drive-thru. I went inside to speak to a manger and ask for Corp’s information. I spoke to Maria, who was very sweet. Maria told me that the manager was gone for the day but her team lead, Zandalee, was there. Therefore she called her over. I asked Zandalee for Corp’s information to which she replied, its on the sticker at the door. I asked her for pen and paper and she threw them on the counter. I went to look at the stickers on the door but I only found the business hours and allergy information. I have never had this type of experience at this store. Everyone else has always been so professional and sweet. I will be calling the manager first thing in the morning to complain regarding my experience. I hope in the future they are able to hire people who value their job, who know how to be professional and kind to those around them. Especially when working in the customer...
