A popsicle stand inside of a theme park seems so simple yet it’s incredibly smart and perfect for those brutally hot Florida days!

Now, I’d also say this is a little more “gourmet” popsicles. It’s something I pass by most of the time and don’t think twice about stopping for, but it sounded like a good refreshment one day.

Let me tell you- the evil minion popsicle is so dang good. It’s blueberry lemonade flavored so it’s super fruity and tart, but it’s dipped in white chocolate so there’s a crunchy and slightly sweet outside to break through to get to the tart. The mix of these flavors and textures is literally so satisfying and refreshing and delicious. I was beyond impressed. Anyone who’s been to Universal knows the food and even desserts can be hit or miss. This HITS.

Some of the other popsicles are decent, but to me the evil minion one just goes above and beyond, especially for what you pay for a single popsicle.

The minion themed popsicles are cute, but they're covered in a layer of very brightly dyed chocolate. The popsicles themselves were tasty and mainly made of actual fruit.

I bought an evil minion Popsicle, which is blueberry lemonade flavor. The purple chocolate got literally everywhere. If you're planning to just bite into the popsicle then I'm sure the chocolate coating is fine, but otherwise it makes it nearly impossible to eat the popsicle. They're super cute though!
