Went for a late night run. Ordered a $20 fill up, a nashville-hot-chicken 3pc and a large mac & cheese. What should have been a 15min run total max (as I live 3mins from them) ended up being a 35min fiasco. 1st off, they only had grilled chicken ready. So I had to wait 20mins for chicken. Then, they have the nashville-hot-chicken advertised on their menu board for 4.99...they charged me 5.49. When I asked for a manager, the person stated she was a manager and that someone put the wrong price outside and that they go by the system. When I asked them to honor what they clearly have advertised, she stated she couldn't change it. While waiting the 20mins, at about 18mins in, they send out a young lady to tell me that no biscuits were ready. So...if I wanted biscuits, I have to wait an additional 16mins! They ended up comping me with another large side. And 4 cookies that I tossed as we dont eat chocolate. Got home and it wasnt over! They forgot the large corn that I ordered. When I called, the shift manager told me that it was her fault because she was trying to make me fresh corn. So...no chicken, no biscuits, and no corn ready?? As if it couldn't get worse, the chicken they gave us was burnt. And how do I know? Because it tasted horrible!! The color was dark and not the normal light gold color and the bottom of the bucket had dark brown oil. So maybe not burnt but fried in dirty old oil. Noone wanted to continue to eat it as it tasted horrible! Not only are they robbing people for the price increase AND not wanting to fix it, but cooking the chicken in old nasty oil is unacceptable! False advertisement for old burnt tasting food. And noone wanting to adjust the price increase that isn't stated nor displayed is horrendous! My time is valuable and I work hard for my money. I got robbed and my time was wasted for old burnt tasting food!! And then the nerve to not double check and send me on my way with a missing item because that too wasnt ready! 50 cents each customer adds up to a good little chunk when you're literally false advertising and won't fix it! Chicken tasted horrible, my time was wasted, still didnt get my order right in 35mins AND I got robbed!...

But today after a long day at work and everything just dragging along, I was going to grab a bite from here, hoping to get the usual. I get there around 11:30 pm which was awesome cause I made it before they closed, as I was trying to. I make it up to the drive thru expecting the usual hey what can I get for you tonight, but it was just silent. I had seen some cars waiting out front which I know is what they usually do at night so they don’t have people waiting so I didn’t think anything of it. I just decide on my order, after about 5 minutes of me sitting there I still get no response so I proceed with a hello. My hello was rudely replied with a good-bye type attitude, saying “We’re closed!” So I continue with a I thought you guys closed at 12 on Sunday’s, to then just get sat there with silence until I decided to drive off. We’ve had issues at this KFC location more than once, especially when visiting around 10 PM. Today, we waited in line for over 10 minutes. When it was finally our turn, the staff member told us to “hold on for 5 minutes.” After that wait, we tried ordering a spicy chicken sandwich, and she said they’re not serving any chicken sandwiches.
We asked if it was just the spicy one or all sandwiches — she said none were available. When we asked if there was a timing or policy we should know about, she just said, “It’s half an hour before closing, so we don’t serve sandwiches.” That made no sense because we were already in line before 10:30 PM.
What made things worse was the server’s attitude — this isn't the first time. She acted like it was our fault for ordering a sandwich, with a dismissive and unprofessional tone. We let it go the last time thinking it was just a bad day, but clearly, this is a pattern.
If this location doesn’t improve its service and train their staff better, it won’t be long before customers...
