Yesterday between 9 pm and 9:30 pm while waiting for my flight I witnessed an incident in the Market area involving an employee wearing Jersey Mikes clothing with someone whose name I can identify as Roberto because by chance a man addressed him using his name... Roberto, who was able to blackmail said Jersey Mikes employee in front of other employees and with a terrible attitude challenging her humble opinion, was also able to ignore her when this employee simply responded to him as calmly as possible. Sometimes I wonder: Is this really the type of person we have to deal with in the workplace? How many things like this will happen under the mandate of this person named Roberto? Wow, how rude and unethical to address an employee... In my humble opinion, I have to emphasize that the employee was very charismatic with me when moments before I ordered sandwiches for me and my family and she was the one who made the effort to cross to another store to put the dressing I asked for called Italian dressing. To her, I send my warmest regards through this complaint, and to ROBERTO, I hope I never see him again on my return trip! It must be disgusting having to deal with this man...

However, there is a female manager, whose name I don’t know, who has an awful management style. On July 28 at around 2:30 PM, she got into a quarrel and kicked a young gentleman out in front of both the staff and travelers who witnessed the spectacle. She disrespectfully made signs with her hands while kicking the employee out, making a scene. She has no business being a manager anywhere. Even if an employee is disrespectful to her, she needs to MANAGE the situation and deal with it accordingly. This was nothing more than a ghetto power trip showcased. She manages to make everyone uncomfortable with her tactics, creating an embarrassing situation for the staff and travelers alike. She even muttered, "I am the manager here, and you will not challenge me." Has this lady ever taken a leadership class? Ever heard of "praise in public, reprimand in private"? Based on this one interaction, she is an awful manager...
Read moreJersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich chain and I always try to go to one whenever the opportunity presents itself. I was in Orlando airport for a layover and popped over to the Jersey Mikes there, and let me say, the best service I’ve had in a while as a devout sandwich lover. Upon approaching the counter, I was met with a round of smiles and even had the opportunity to strike up a conversation as I passed through the line, and the team of ladies were so sweet. You can tell that Yamilet, Franchesca, Talia, and Elizabet really care about their jobs and do their best to give quality service as well as delicious sandwiches. I’d be a regular here if I lived in the area just for these ladies. Also, can’t forget Daniel working hard at the grill. Truly a great experience and the sandwich was delicious, I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you find yourself in need of a good sub and...
