This really is the spot for pho. It’s trendy, but successfully trendy. I went when they first opened and have gone back numerous times bringing new friends each time.

The service: You can tell that the servers care. You can tell that the managers are proactive in teaching their service staff about their products. Sometimes it can be a little bit lagged, but that’s only because I’m inpatient and their delicious food. Honestly it’s not slow. They’re well informed and friendly.

I’ve seen the manager being super helpful to the staff. She’s super friendly and really does care about how the guests are treated. I’ve watched her teach her staff and she seems gentle and respectful.

Food: The pho has a nice color and great flavor. It’s a nice clean tasting pho. You can tell it wasn’t rushed. The natural fat that comes from the bones gives the pho a nice mouth-feel. The shredded scallions give it a nice touch that I wish all pho restaurants did.

Their pho is served with homemade noodles. I wanted to hate it so badly because I had it once at another restaurant and didn’t enjoy it but wow, I was so surprised that I enjoyed it so much. It was very delicate, almost like udon texture but not springy.

The short rib is massive. I call it the dinosaur bone, and that’s enough to share.

The appetizers are quite good and fresh.

Price: Truly, I don’t think that the prices are bad at all when you think about the quality. If they raised their prices, I could still justify going back.

Delivery Service: When I ordered on UberEats, they take their packaging very seriously too! It’s not too often you get a “bowl” for your pho when you order takeaway but I’m thoroughly impressed.

Overall: This has easily replaced all my normal spots. Once they start serving alcohol, it’s game over. Who doesn’t love a nice drink with a nice meal? I will continue to bring new people with me and I will be trying new...

My brother and I kicked things off with the tamarind wings (canh gà chiên sốt nước mắm me), and let me tell you—they were a triumphant start! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, they were perfectly coated in a zesty tamarind sauce that left us wanting more.

For the main event, my brother enjoyed the mouthwatering Grilled Chicken & Rice (com Ga Nướng), while I savored the house special pho (pho đặc biệt regular). Each slurp of the rice noodles revealed an incredible array of flavors, with a variety of tender beef cuts that made my taste buds sing. The tripe stole the show for me—cooked to perfection! You could tell the broth was crafted with love and care, and to top it off, the chef came out to greet us personally, adding a charming touch to our dining experience.

Shoutout to our fabulous server, Chevy, who went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Even though the restaurant includes an automatic gratuity of 18%, both Chevy and the entire staff truly earned every bit of it—and then some! I actually discovered Pho Bar when the owner stopped by our flower shop Leaf & Blossom, Co. last week, and I told her we will definitely swing by to eat since it is walking distance from our shop here in Mills50 — and honestly? I am SO glad we did!

My boyfriend and I went with his family just yesterday for dinner, and it was amazing (we all are already planning to go back)! 🔥 The spicy grilled mussels, sticky ribs, and spicy fish sauce wings were all next-level and delicious. The caramelized flavor from the fish sauce was too good; they packed a punch of flavor and crispiness that I’m still salivating over! I may have to come back again today just to get them. 😳I wish I had taken photos, but we didn’t want the camera to eat first because everything looked so good we had to dig in. 🤣

They’re also super accommodating to dietary restrictions, which I really appreciate.
