Wawa — Restaurant in Orlando

I honestly love all Wawa’s and I’ve gone to so many in Florida. Ones in Orlando and out, but this one. This one specifically that I live nearby. They barely have cups the lines get extremely long and most of this review is going to be about 1 individual. I don’t know her name but today at night after my very exhausting day, I’m honestly highly disappointed enough to write this review. I have a lot of bad words to say but ima hold them off. I ligit went to a whole different wawa. Got treated better and the order even came out as I wanted it to. I ordered a simple large lemonade with no ice, and boba on the side, and apologies for the description but I don’t know her name. The fat,short, dark skinned lady, with a hint of attitude, said. “The cup will be filled half way, because it would be with no ice and no boba and theirs limits.” I said. “Can’t you just fill it all the way” she said “no, there’s measurement and without the ice and boba it would be a lot less”. This happened to me multiple times in that same place, and I could never enjoy my drink there. I go to so many wawas in Florida and it’s always this one that I get told that. I was stunned on how stupid she sounded. I’ve never had trouble in any other wawa. But as the calm individual I am. I just said nvm and walked out. I honestly don’t care if she sees this, and I most likely will try to get her name next time. But cmon. You guys BARELY HAVE DRINKS AVAILABLE THERE AND YOU CANT EVEN MAKE ME A SIMPLE ORDER THE WAY I ASK IT! Always out of cappuccinos, always out of shakes, always out of cups, always the same problem with her. Cmon man. Ive named this wawa in google maps so I don’t go here again. Again I apologize and I will visit there to get her name and leave. Please. Do something either about the location or just her. Cuz all I wanted to make my day SO MUCH BETTER. I don’t usually post reviews, but my last experience with this Wawas really frustrated me. I ordered Wawas via uber eats as I’ve done many times in the past without an issue. This time, I received my order and there was a missing/incorrect item. They gave me chicken noodle soup instead of bacon Mac and cheese. I called them to let them know and to see if they had the bacon Mac and cheese so I could come and pick it up instead of reordering it on uber eats to avoid any further issues. The gentleman who picked up the phone told me I was calling the wrong location because they don’t, and have NEVER had bacon Mac and cheese (his words not mine). After placing me on hold to check with his employees, he proceeds to tell me there is no way I have chicken noodle soup if I ordered bacon Mac and cheese (thought you said you guys don’t, and have NEVER had bacon Mac and cheese?). He blamed it on the uber eats driver, saying they must’ve picked up the wrong order. I told him that wasn’t the case because the bag I received was sealed and had my boyfriend's name on it. Then, he blamed it on “2nd shift employees.” I told him I was going to reorder it and he hung up in my face before I could ask if they actually had it available. Wawas needs to hire...

So I've been feeling this way for awhile now but finally frustrated enough to leave a review. Seriously this location gives wawa a bad name. They are always out of something. I cannot remember the last time I went in to order food and was able to actually get what I wanted due to them being out of everything. The last time they were out of lettuce, onions, mayo, and vinegar. I regretted that I even bothered going through with my hoagie order because it was literally just meat cheese and bread, not worth it. The coffee station is always a wreck I get that it gets busy and customers are slobs but when I see the station a mess and the workers are standing around talking to each other I stop being understanding. Today what bothered me was the store policy of not being able to sell a gift card before 6am. I was in the store at 5:45 and couldn't wait around for 15 minutes just to buy a gift card for fathers day and was told there was nothing they could do they couldn't make 15 minuet exception.
