Little Greek Fresh Grill — Restaurant in Orlando

Update: Downgraded to 1-star. We stopped going to this location for a long time after our previous experience. Finally gave it a chance again tonight. Never again. All meals were unacceptable. Spanakopita straight out-of-the-fridge cold, no dressing on the side salad. Gyro pita was chicken and missing the side of fries. Olympia pita side of fries were beyond stale. How can this location's quality be so poor compared to the other locations I've been too...

Let me preface this review by saying how much my wife and I love Little Greek. We used to live close to the Windermere location and one of the Cons to moving to Lake Nona was the lack of a Little Greek close by.

From the Lake Nona location we have only done online take out orders. After 5 orders we have yet to receive an order that wasn't missing items. Missing dressing and toppings for salads, missing tzatziki and pita bread for the spanakopita meal, missing tzatziki for side of gyro meat, etc.

Our order today was a gyro pita, a spanakopita with side salad, and a side of gyro meat. We were missing the tzatziki from the gyro side and the pita bread from the spana. The items were provided when asked for but I'm tired of checking our order before I leave and being glad that I did because something is always missed.

I hope the growing pains of the new location get...

Overall: Bad customer service, long wait time for simple items(Uber Pick Up), and lastly the food was mediocre.

Me and my partner ordered in advance 2 Falafel Pitas and one side of fries through the Uber App. By the time we made it to the Little Greek located on Lake Nona our food should have been completed according to the App.

Please keep in mind that there was only 3 other parties in the store at the time, 2 of which were take out orders. We weren't welcomed in and once I asked for my order from a male employee (I didn't get his name) they immediately told me my order wasn't ready without even checking the existing orders. About 5 minutes later another person comes in to get their Uber order and I asked the same male employee if my order was done and they said no again.

To make a long story short, after waiting in the store for about 20-30 minutes I noticed there was no customers and the employees were talking and laughing my the register. So I got up and asked again for my order but this time from a female employee and my order had been ready all along and was in the already completed Uber orders. The amount of time it took for an employee to provide me their attention for a takeout order was ridiculously long and just ruined the meal(which...

Update, at least a year later. We will never be coming back here or ordering takeout from here again. Please don't waste your money here and instead go to the Great Greek down the road, where we have only had great experiences.

We placed a take-out order and every single line item had something wrong with it (missing pita, missing dressing, wrong meat, stale fries). This is ridiculous.

We enjoy little greek, but this location needs to improve their service. I just put in an order for two spinach pies and a side of gyro meat, to-go. There were three people working and two of them disappeared into the back room. After over 15 minutes of waiting (during which time no one acknowledged me), I asked someone who was moving things around behind the counter about my order…turned out the pies and were already made and no one had prepared the gyro meat. Someone finally came out and put the gyro meat on the heat for about 5 seconds. The gyro meat looked a lot less than usual (should be 5oz). The person who put the dressing and sauce containers in my food container was not wearing gloves…the service here is great when the manager is around, but was really terrible today.
